Uno dei rari locali dove si viene per mangiare bene e non solo perchè si è a Venezia.

Certo, ci sono all'esterno i tavoli affacciati al Canal Grande ed i palazzi più belli della città; certo, l'interno dell'osteria con le sue arcate del XVI° secolo è magnifico.

E' qui che si pesavano le verdure del mercato di Rialto.
"Al Pesador", ovvero il luogo dove si trovava la pesa.

Il "di più" dell'Osteria Al Pesador è l'amore per la buona cucina; l'amore che proviamo nel condurre l'ospite alla scoperta di una parte di quella cultura che, generalmente, è preclusa al turista distratto.

                                                What a great experience in this restaurant, you took really care for us and we were so happy to find a nice table for our end of year dinner in a nice ambiance. The food & drinks where delicious. Happy New Year 2026 !

                                                Una bella posizione, cucina non male. Ma ordinate dal menu o avrete una sorpresa. I prezzi nel menu sono onesti: antipasti 16/18 euro, pasta 16/20. Ci hanno proposto due speciali del giorno, senza dire i prezzi. Un antipasto in due 48 euro e una pasta 32. Un furto!

                                                As soon as we arrived, we were seated waterfront with 2 free glasses of Prosecco. They also ended the night with 2 free glasses of Limoncello. Experience was delightful, staff were attentive, food was amazing, and the view was spectacular. Will definitely dine here again, worth the experience!

                                                Ho cenato all’Osteria Al Pesador durante la mia ultima visita a Venezia ed è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La posizione è spettacolare, proprio sul Canal Grande con vista sul Ponte di Rialto: cenare al tramonto è pura magia. Il personale è stato gentile e attento, pronto a consigliarci i piatti del giorno e ad abbinare il vino perfetto. Abbiamo assaggiato il baccalà mantecato, i tagliolini al nero di seppia e le seppie in umido, tutti preparati con ingredienti freschissimi e grande cura nei dettagli. Ogni portata aveva il sapore autentico della tradizione veneziana, ma con un tocco raffinato. Il servizio è stato veloce e cordiale, e il rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente in linea con la location. Consiglio questo ristorante a chiunque voglia vivere la vera cucina veneziana in una cornice romantica e suggestiva. Sicuramente ci tornerò alla prossima visita in città!
