We had to return for our last night in Santorini. Luckily we had a table right on the edge overlooking the sea. The rest of the island was shining just like the overhead stars. Their nice mix of music and flowers and candles on the tables make it all special. Lots of nice details. Plus the wine and great food. Great memory.

Me encanto todo, realmente es un lugar hermoso con una vista hermosa, me pareció demasiado romántico justo lo que buscábamos pero realmente superó mis expectativas, me atendieron de maravilla tienen un excelente servicio, son muy amables y atentos y la comida ufff riquísima, sin duda alguna regresaré mas seguido.

We had a wonderful dinner at Ambrosia Restaurant with my husband, and everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was incredibly romantic, with beautiful roses and candlelight on every table, and the view was simply breathtaking. The food and wine were outstanding, and the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and attentive throughout the evening. It was truly a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Santorini.

When you have an iconic view coupled with great wine and beautiful food, the memory will last forever. Such was the night at Ambrosia. We ate outside but there was a heater and blankets in the event we needed them so that we didn't have to give up the experience. This one will last. Ordered Seafood tagliatelle and it was perfectly seasoned.

A magical evening in Oia My wife and I came to Ambrosia for a date night, and it delivered everything we hoped for. The terrace carved into the caldera offers uninterrupted views across the Aegean — we arrived just before sunset and watching the sky shift from gold to rose was unforgettable. The food more than lived up to the view. Every plate was beautifully presented and genuinely delicious — clean, considered flavors that respect quality ingredients without overcomplicating them. The wine list has real thought behind it, with a strong selection of Santorinian and international labels. Service was the final touch: attentive without hovering, warm without being scripted, and clearly proud of the restaurant. Ambrosia isn’t just dinner — it’s an experience, and one of the most romantic we’ve had. Book the sunset seating and give yourselves the full evening. Worth every second of your time in Santorini

We visit Oia each year from London and this is always our favorite place. View, special atmosphere and great menu. And now it’s even easier to book with Open-Table. A second dinner during our stay is very tempting, thanks !

It was truly an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was incredibly romantic, with red roses on every table and candlelight creating a magical setting, perfectly complemented by the breathtaking view of Santorini. The food was absolutely outstanding, every dish beautifully presented and full of flavor, and the wine selection was excellent. My experience at Ambrosia restaurant was really pleasant!The menu was fusion with a lot of interesting ingredients and textures of local traditional Santorinian and Mediterranean products!the service was quite perfect and the view was also amazing and so much instagramable!I recommend for every anniversary or birthday or romantic moment that you want to keep photos and memories for years and years after!the owner also was very polite and helpful with everything that we needed!hope to come back and visit this place soon!!
