Excellent experience from the start.A warm welcome in a busy restaurant. But you still felt special .Quick attention to service. We were a large group(9) but our waitress was really friendly and efficient serving us.We were celebrating a 18th birthday and he loved having a sparkler in his dessert and everyone singing Happy Birthday. The food was delicious. The steak cooked well to how we wanted it.Catered well for gluten free request.Definitely would recommend.

Excellent service and food, one minor issue is that I like to decide the amount I will tip, and not have it added as a service charge, when this does happen I either decide to remove or reduce it (where service was poor) or as in this case pay only the servcie charge, when I may have tipped more.

I had the steak and eggs breakfast. The steak was tender but dry. The eggs were overcooked. It was okay—not terrible—but I wouldn’t go back.

Appreciate you sharing this with us. We're sorry to hear the breakfast didn’t quite meet expectations. Your comments will be shared with the kitchen so we can continue to improve. Should you ever reconsider, we’d love the chance to do better next time.

Prima ervaring. Bediening wel wat kortaf en wil je het liefst zo snel mogelijk weer weg hebben, zodat ze weer een nieuwe tafel kunnen vullen

Great service from the team on the night. The restaurant was packed, but the smooth operation from all the staff meant our experience was superb. Delicious food, and fairly reasonable on price. We both would look forward to returning again.

The restaurant was very cosy, but dimly lit. The attendants were quite nice and helpful but it was a busy night so things weren’t quite forthcoming. The starters (wings) were really good; the mains took way too long - but the mashed potatoes were phenomenal! Overall, it was a good experience and great value for money. Would recommend.
Angus Steakhouse Leicester SquareResponded on December 8, 2024
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're happy to hear you enjoyed the wings, mashed potatoes, and found good value in your experience. We apologize for the delay with your mains and any inconvenience caused by the busyness of the night. We'll take your comments into consideration to improve our service. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you again soon!
