Rooted in hospitality, restaurateurs Edwin Montoya and Chef Ismael Carias first made a name for themselves with the success of their first Appétit Bistro in Port Chester, NY. Wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick walls, and eclectic artwork, Appétit Bistro boasts an urban design aesthetic. A raised private dining room and bar add depth to the open and sunlit dining room floor.
