   I went with my girlfriend's for our grad dinner and the ambiance was very beautiful and luxurious. I got the cast iron chicken and it was really salty, but I would definitely recommend their Charcuterie board and their ribeye empanadas which was to die for!

   Nothing exceptional. Service was friendly but slow. The ceviche badly needed some acidity. Prawns were excellent. Steak was fine, but over priced for just a regular steak, was also slightly over cooked. So many better options at similar or better price point in center city. If you’re staying at the Ritz and didn’t want to walk more than half a block I guess it’s a solid option. We won’t be going back.

   My husband and I had an amazing experience at Aqimero! The endless bubbles brunch was everything we hoped it would be! Food was good, bubbles was good and our server Jasmine was a gem!! When we return we will ask to have her service our table again!! Very professional, accommodating, and hospitable!

   Our Easter dinner was amazing! Unfortunately the ambience was extremely disappointing. There were multiple children running and screaming and even tackling each other around the dining tables during our meal. Their parents were there and thought this was ok. I wish the staff had tried to curtail this behaviour. The children's activity continually upset a dog that was also sitting nearby in the lobby. So between the dogs continual barking and the children running around, our meal and sense of calm was negatively impacted. The food was fantastic - but the noise and chaos a huge disappointment. I anticipated a more refined atmosphere from the Ritz Carlton.

   Our visit to Aqimero was disappointing both in terms of food and service. We had booked an 11:15 reservation specifically for "brunch" on OpenTable; when we arrived to Aqimero, we were told only their smaller, a la carte breakfast menu was available because their larger buffet brunch started at noon. We asked to order off of their standard brunch menu and were told no. We asked if we could wait for brunch at noon but were told they were fully booked. We were seated at our table only to be told that we had to order immediately or not be served at all because they were preparing for the brunch. We were also told we would be asked to leave at noon when the buffet brunch started. The food served to us was very bland and disappointing of its own merit, but to be treated this way within a luxury hotel was absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, when we left promptly at noon, the restaurant was largely empty. There was no queue of folks awaiting their reservation. I work with the owners of this property, GenCom, and will personally be speaking to them about the unnecessarily rude service when accommodations easily could have been made. I will neither recommend Aqimero nor return.

    We had a fun girls night out at Aqiermo. Our server, Rachel, was friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. The drinks were good - Prosecco was bubbly, but Margarita was a bit too sweet (could have used a little more tequila). Food was delicious and plentiful. The only disappointment were the churros. They were dry and a bit stale - not piping hot and tender as I've had before. Would I recommend to a friend? Absolutely. We were able to sit and talk, eat and drink and enjoy ourselves without being rushed. Will certainly return next time we're in town.

    We had brunch and bubbles. The drinks were good. The parfait and danish were good. The toast sampler was delicious. The main courses were awful. The pancakes for dry the French toast was flavorless the hopeyour huevos rancheros flavorless and the churros were over cooked Completely embarrassing to invite friends to brunch at the Ritz Carlton and this is what we got. Save yourself the time aggravation in dollars … Go somewhere else

    Went with Family for the bottomless mimosas. The food was so yummy buy the time my entree the brunch burger came out, I had to get it wrapped up to take home. The Mimosas did not disappoint. Service was Great.

    The bottomless brunch was just ok. The mimosas and bellinis were very good. The food wasn’t too tasty. The first course of pastries and parfait was nice and fresh, however, they gave plenty of fruit and a small dollop of yogurt for 2 ppl to share. 2 out of 3 toast were pretty good, the mushroom toast not so much and you couldn’t substitute. The third course we did the breakfast burger and French toast, neither were anything to “write home about”. I’ve had some really delicious breakfast burgers in my time and this one wasn’t it. The French toast lacked in flavor and was luke warm. The drinks and ambiance kept us happy but I wouldn’t do the brunch again.

    Hands down some of the best cocktails in the city . The classic margarita was the best. Food was good , menu was limited . Service was good, the ambiance in the lobby where we sat was a typical lounge / hotel lobby area

    Had a resy at 1 but waited 30 min to be acknowledged. It’s Valentine’s Day weekend looked like one server but I understand. Wanted to get my boozy on. Other than that, French toast, yogurt, toast, and burgers so good!!! Get the champagne cocktail! Delicious! Will definitely stay a the Ritz for the full Experience next time!

    I was extremely disappointed with Aqimero. I had been waiting to go here for two years and finally got the chance to go on Saturday for my birthday. I made the reservation over a month in advance, assuming that spots would fill quickly. About 3 weeks before my reservation I got a call telling me the price would be $20 more than normal because it was Valentine’s Day weekend. I asked what would be different about the brunch to make it $20 more expensive. The only difference was that dessert included a one inch piece of carrot cake in place of hot caramel sauce with the churros. I would have preferred the caramel sauce. I was also told that they made a note that I was coming for my birthday and that there would be a special birthday treat. This never ended up happening. Not a big deal, but don’t say there will be if you don’t intend to follow through. We also had a guest with Celiacs disease and for this reason could only eat one thing on the four course menu. I asked if there would be any accommodation or if this guest would still be required to pay $90 for gluten free pancakes. I was told twice they were looking into it and contacting the general manager, but never heard back. Even after I tried following up. So for $90 my friend was able to drink 4 mimosas and eat pancakes. The food was average at best, portion sizes were small, took 20 minutes to get our first drink, and there seemed to be issues with organization in staff even though the restaurant wasn’t filled. Overall, a disappointment brunch and definitely not worth the $70 it normally costs let alone the $90 they gouged us for.

    Service and ambiance was great. My friends and I got the bottomless brunch. Our first and second course were really good. Two people in our group ordered the steak hash and it came out cold, but our waitress was really understanding and brought us out a breakfast burger instead (per our request). The fourth course was a nice touch to end the brunch. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will be back in the future.
