We got the bottomless bubbles brunch which comes with 4 courses, it was way too much food for 2 people! The food was excellent, the service was great, our waitress checked up on us often and made sure we always had drinks. She even put a candle in the final course after noticing it was my boyfriends birthday. That was a very sweet touch. We had a great time and would definitely do brunch again with Aqimero.
Simply one of the best places to eat in Philadelphia. The food, the atmosphere, the staff all really excellent! The experience is truly amazing!
Food was not worth the price. It was mediocre at best. Last time we will go there.
Aqimero is a great place for a drink. The bar is top notch and the bartenders are attentive and professional. The meal was disappointing. My kale Caesar salad was soaked with dressing rendering it inedible. The waitress never inquired about our salads, and a busboy removed the full salad plate before I could let her know that it could not be eaten. The burgers were fine, but our request for truffle fries was ignored. We were charged for the upgraded fries but the waitress immediately removed the charge when it was brought to her attention. We’ll drop by the Ritz Carlton for drinks on future trips to Philadelphia…on our way to another restaurant!
The food was delicious, the location was beautiful, the mimosas were definitely unlimited, however the service wasn’t great. We had to look for our server several times to get more drinks, we had to grab utensils from the table next to us because our main entrees had arrived and they had cleared the table of the cutlery.
Great customer service and mimosa’s. A menu with more of a variety would be better.
We ordered the bottomless bubbles brunch it was absolutely amazing we loved every minute of it. Our waitress was amazing and helpful. Jasmine told us about the menu and gave us recommendations that we truly enjoyed.
Worse service ever, waited 30 minutes just for try to get drinks that never came and and got my food before my coffee waitress was more worried about ever everyone else then her customer by far the worse place i ever been Applebees has better service.
Went for Xmas brunch. The mimosa and food was great (except for the main course, the main course is a bit ordinary). The service was a bit slow and sloppy, server was polite and nice but spilled drinks and we need to remind her to get it cleaned up. Also was informed the lamb chop was sold out, it’s disappointing as that was the only main course choice we wanted. The toasts were amazing, oyster was small and not very impressive. But the mimosa and Bellini was great and didn’t give me headaches like usual mimosa. I would say their usual bottomless brunch might be more worth it.
Had a nice time with wife, food was great
Grand lobby space with good but not great food. Good spot for a friend-meet up for drinks and a bite, but not ideal for a lovely dinner. A tad chaotic: dogs in strollers cruised by us, kids in sweatpants at the next table eating 38$ shrimp cocktail. When my vegetarian son asked for the cheese to be left off a flatbread on the menu, the server simply said NO because it was already made in the back. This was disappointing answer—especially at a Ritz.
Vibes on point. Food is incredible.
Service here was extraordinary. And yes, I will return. I had the queso fundido — Good for East Coast Mexican Food, but does not compare to what I got used to in Texas. The presentation was lovely though. Companion had one of the steaks, and reports that it was excellent.
My family and I had an amazing experience! Everything was excellent from the service to the food! I highly recommend!
I loved this place 10/10
The food was too yummy cocktails were good !
The ambiance was lovely overall a great experience
The food was ok, but not memorable. The server was pleasant, but hassled although he did try to be accommodating. Very busy atmosphere and not particularly a relaxing experience. The dining area is basically an extension of the lobby area/bar
which makes the noise level high. I would not dine at this restaurant again.
I was very excited about going however the food lacked luster. It was tasteless and very limited
Everything was amazing.. Food delicious. Friendly
The food was not up to expectations for a restaurant in philly at this price point. Servers were very friendly and staff was great.
The Ritz Carlton is an amazing hotel and to dine at a place inside of the establishment was a great experience. I will for sure be back for the bottomless brunch with my friends. Date night was perfect.
The host, Anthony, and our waitress Rachel were very attentive and took very good care of our party.
Thanksgiving and my Dad’s 89th birthday!
Fantastic food! The Aquimero BLT was a surprise favorite of everyone at the table. Highly recommend.
One of the three dishes was delicious, the Huevos Rancheros. One another egg dish meh, and the steak hash was absolutely disgusting. It was all oil, very little meat and overwhelmed with bell peppers. The service was exceedingly slow even when no- one was there.
Food totally disappointing; service was spotty, no sugar to accompany a pot of tea but did get lemon slices that looked as if they had been sliced two days prior. Eggs with toast came with one slice of bread.
I love Aqimero and hope that they will regain their former food and service level, but this visit was disappointing.
Good food, slow service. Restaurant employees were not all wearing a mask. Manager was joking around with a guest and used inappropriate language which takes away from the ritz carlton experience
This is a great place to meet a date before you go to a restaurant. It has a great vibe, lively music, and pleasant staff. However, it is NOT a full-service "typical" steak house with white linen, choice of meat options, choice of sides, and a dining experience to as a nite on the town. So in summary, meet he/her at this location, get a great drink, have a seat, look around and people watch for a bit...then leave and go to a restaurant for dinner.
Absolutely delicious food- I highly recommend the huevos rancheros from the a la cart brunch menu. Fantastic service as well.
The food was pretty good ( not exceptional), the service was TERRIBLE! It took fifteen to twenty minutes after being seated before anyone took our drink orders. Our server, who was very personable and cordial, needed to bring the manager over to us to explain the brunch menu because she was not familiar with it. After she finally took our orders we barely saw her again, except when serving drinks, for which we had to ask other staff members. She did not return to our table periodically to inquire as to our needs. We observed her spending much of her time socializing with the patrons as opposed to serving them.
All of this was particularly disappointing since we wanted to treat our children to a nicer experience than it turned out to be. Not at all what one would expect from a Ritz Carlton hotel restaurant.
P.S. _ As this may have been an isolated incident, we would still recommend Aqimero to our friends. However, if a revisit proves to be a similar experience, then we would definitely not. Also, as we do not know if all aspects of the slow service were the fault of our server, we still left an 18% tip. However, had the service been up to standard, our tip would have been considerably more.
The service was really outstanding and they made the night special for my mom as we were celebrating her birthday. Would definitely go back.
My spouse and I went for brunch. The food was not good. My husband ordered a medium steak, it came back rare and tough. My charcuterie board's meat was bad.
They also need to offer more for brunch and gluten free items.
Seat (sofa) was wet
You are eseentially in a large lobby at old wooden tables, which hurts the ambience. But the food was outstanding.
For a Ritz-Carlton, that’s not what we expected.
Having been to restaurants at other Ritz Carlton properties, my wife and I decided to celebrate an occasion here thinking it would live up to our previous experiences. We were however very disappointed. The property itself is beautiful (tables, decor etc..) but the service and food were lacking. I understand short-staffed restaurants after COVID, but our server mostly ignored our table while continuously chatting with patrons in other tables. And when she did come over, she seemed like she was always in a rush to leave. An hour after taking our order, we asked about our food and we suddenly got everything at the same time. The appetizer (shrimp quesadillas) came cold with the entrees. The steaks were lukewarm, Picanha steak needed seasoning, the fries were under-cooked and soggy, and our server decided to bring me (alone) a steak knife long after we started eating even though we both had steak. For the price, we expected more.
Amazing! Loved it ! My best friend and I had a great time
Delicious dinner for my wife’s birthday. Very interesting food and great presentation. A bit loud in the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton on a busy night but still super enjoyable.
Beautiful place and great vibe!
