I will never go to this establishment ever again. Use to recommend this place to friends not any MORE ! I have never been to any restaurant where we told to leave by the waitress because she wanted the table for other customers and there were clearly other tables available behind us. She was trying to take the appetizer away before we were even fished and when we declined desert she told us to pay up as she had a reservation coming in nine minutes!!!!! I have never been so embarrassed , humiliated or astonished at such rudeness by wait staff in a restaurant. We were there for one hour and fifteen minutes I met my friend for Happy hour which is from four to six. We got there at 4.30 ordered three appetizers and each had two glasses of wine. From the moment I told the waitress called Tammy M we were doing the happy hour she assumed this snotty attitude and demeanor and was not at all pleasant or friendly. We had friends sitting behind who were as equally shocked at her attitude and request for us to leave. We went here at Augie's to relax, chat and have a pleasant time not to have some rude wait person make us feel very uncomfortable and be very sarcastic when leaving. The bill was around $40.00 so if you are not prepared to spend the big bucks , eat and run then I certainly do not recommend this place if you want to be treated with courtesy and have a leisurely meal, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. THERE ARE OTHER EATING ESTABLISHMENTS WHERE THE REGULAR PRICES ARE NOT AS HIGH AND THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH COURTESY AND RESPECT !!!!! NO THANK YOU NEVER AGAIN! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!

Good food, good service, good value. Our party of five all ordered various seafood dinners, and all were very satisfied with their selections.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was very good. Jose is a great waiter. He has waited on us before. Also enjoyed the entertainment. We especially liked when he sang Louie Armstrong songs. Good old satchmo!!! It was a great experience leading into our evening of Glenn miller orchestra at Yavapai performing arts center!!

Augie's is a trusted establishment where you can count on a good meal and a reasonable price. We have eaten there a number of times and have never been disappointed.

Went for New Year's Eve to hear the band Not2Shabby. Band was good. Service was a bit slow and all the table were not full, but there was a lot going on since it was a holiday. They were accommodating to gluten free and adapting a dish to make it dairy free, too, so that was good. It was a bit loud, but probably due to the holiday noisemakers and large groups there eating. It's a good place with a variety of things on the menu. My mom, who was with me, had the salmon and said it was delicious. I had the scallops and they were good. I'd go back there again.

The appetizers were well worth the happy hour prices! Service was excellent but the dinners were mediocre. Meat was some what overcooked, salmon was basically breaded and dry. Unfortunately the risotto was extremely bland, liquid and mushy. I had to add left over sauce from the artichokes just to be able to eat some. All in all it was a menu stuck in the 90s and a lot of hype. We had a table in the atrium area for four and it was tiny and rocked back and forth when you cut your meat. A pet peave...not a horrible establishment but not great either.
