Welcome to Aurum Food & Wine Aspen Snowmass! We're honored to be a part of the Aspen and Snowmass Base Village communities. We're excited to share our brand of enlightened hospitality, offering a classic take on Seasonal New American Cuisine. Located slope-side on Carriage Way, this elegantly casual space features a luxurious lounge, intimate indoor dining, an outdoor patio with two large fire pits, and a private dining room for parties of up to 16 guests.

    That sounds like an exceptional evening—and a terrific endorsement of Aurum Food & Wine. One small correction: the restaurant’s name is spelled Aurum. A polished version of what you wrote could read: Aurum in Snowmass exceeded even its own gold standard for service, food quality, and atmosphere. Sydney, the corporation’s head of operations, happened to be there that evening and greeted us warmly—we had met her once before at Aurum in Breckenridge. Sammy, our waiter, was outstanding, and Chloe’s electric violin performance made the evening truly memorable. It honestly felt as though they had planned the entire evening just for us. I highly recommend Aurum in both Snowmass and Breckenridge. Exceptional in every way.

    Had a delightful and attentive (but not overbearing) server and delicious meal. The portions were generous and the preparation was well done. Tuna dish was perfectly cooked and the corn chowder was a meal in itself. I took one star off because Parker House rolls shouldn’t be toasted — the tops & bottoms are firm, but every “inside” (including side) surface should be soft and pillowy. Otherwise, delicious!

    Great food and drinks. Aurum never disappoints us. I like the Kale or the beet salad. The cauliflower is really good too. Drinks and wines are great every time.

    The restaurant was understaffed - no one greeting at the door. Well, actually not understaffed - no one was there. You would think that with virtually no one there they would be able to deliver good food - NOPE. Food was awful.
