Nestled high above the CBD , Babylon Restaurant offers a vibrant setting to share delicious Middle Eastern cuisine. The restaurant’s luxe design features lush greenery and timber furnishings, creating a unique and ambient atmosphere for any gathering.

In the Restaurant for large groups of 8+ our set menus and a 10% gratuity apply (Monday-Saturday). Please note, a surcharge of 10% will apply on Sundays, and 15% on public holidays instead.

The Rooftop is our bar area and is available on a walk-in basis for groups of 1-14. Please head to our Rooftop bookings page for groups of 15+ - https://www.babylonrooftop.com.au/reservations. Please note, if you book the restaurant, and on arrival decide to move to the rooftop, a cancellation fee of $50pp will apply.

I've been to the Babylon restaurant a few times and have had a positive experience. Unfortunately the service was very poor on this occasion with a group booking and very disappointing. There was practically no service - a few of us shared dishes and a person ordered their own main. The main came out after we had all finished eating even though it was clear from ordering that it needed to come out with the other food. Staff were very unattentive. I can no longer recommend this restautant.

The banquet we choose had a good variety and the meals were delicious. We had a lovely table away from everyone else which was nice and so we could hear eachother quiet well. It was our first time there. The service was excellent our waiters were so friendly and lovely. Highly recommend.

Order drinks asap as it takes well over 30-40 minutes for it to arrive to your table . Even water!!! & they won’t leave the carafe so you can refill at leisure.. No Aperol spritz even though it’s on drinks list??? Ordered 3 different wines as they didn’t have the first 2 choices!!! Hard to find a staff member and needed to hail them down in passing!!!! Banquet ($89) was nice …enough food for we ladies but doubt it would fill the men!!!

It is a pity the service did not match the quality of the food. From the moment we arrived we were sent to three different areas to see someone who could check our reservation and seat us. Once seated and wine and food ordered it was like we were invisible. Water top ups didn't exist and asking for a 2nd glass of water was met with an eye roll. When we asked for our wine to be topped up, after having our first drink an hour beforehand we were promptly told that the bottle had been drunk by us and have finished the bottle. After confirming that no we only had one glass they scuttled off to find our wine. Service didn't exist and it is a shame as the food quality and flavors were outstanding, but we won't come back to experience what we experience again.

Food was good but very slow to come out. We booked for a large group really far in advance, and tried many times to get in touch with the restaurant to confirm dietary requirements. They were impossible to contact over the phone or via email - in the end we had to send someone in person. On the day, we really enjoyed the food! So compliments on that. We know that people were a bit slow to arrive for the booking which was at 12:30 - so our apologies on that. However, we had only received bread and nibbles by 2pm, and then more food came out. The venue is really lovely!

Food was absolutely outstanding. Our group did the bottomless lunch menu and even for a bottomless preset food menu, we were really impressed with the taste and servings. Would definitely make me want to go back to try the full menu. Service really needed some improvement. Right from the get go when my first guests arrived, the service was overly impressive, no one was welcoming or overly friendly. We got up several times during our sitting to ask for someone to take drink orders and the staff came across a little rudely at first. Was definitely a little disappointing.

Where do I start……. We dine there last night with 7 of my staff.. definitely did not received $1100 worth of food… we all found the food below average and portions extremely stingy… for $135 per head our table was empty and when we asked for second we were told we had to pay for it… this place has become a absolute rip off Will not be going there again as I was very disappointed and embarrassed in front of my staff Will also share this in google reviews

our group of 11 had good tables and the taste menu was very good. Unfortunately the service was not at all good. We served our own wine and waited more then an our for the main dishes to arrive.... no explanation given until i asked and was told they were understaffed .Very annoyed that we were charged the $130 service charge
