Downtown Boston has many great spots for brunch, and we just added a new one to our list! Back Deck is only a 3 min walk away from Downtown Crossing station, which made it the perfect spot to go last Sunday while it was raining! One thing that I immediately loved about them is the ambiance, specifically the fact that they got so many booths at the side of an all glass wall, they got it right! We took a sangria cocktail and an unsweetened iced tea to start, and we were pretty hungry so we got started with the eggs benedict with ham and the sirloin tips and eggs! For the steak plate, you get to choose how you want your eggs cooked, and if yk me, my answer’s always gonna be poached. This plate was hugee, and it came with two eggs, a good amount of steak tips, toasted bread, roasted potatoes and even mushrooms! The eggs benedict came with roasted potatoes, and really it was done very well, they used butter to cook the ham which made it delicious imo! For sweets, we had to get the banana french toast and the smores dessert! The french toast was delicious, and the smores was so much fun when pulling it apart! We loved both desserts and if you have room, we’d recommend both of them! Overall this is a great spot to have brunch, every single plate we tried was high quality, booths are comfortable, doesn’t get any better for Sunday vibes!
