We arrived early and waited in line for the venue to open at 11:00 a.m., which was also the start time of the game. Unfortunately, because of the delayed entry process, we missed the opening ceremony, which was disappointing. After being seated at our reserved table, it took approximately 45 minutes before our server came to take our drink order. During that time, I noticed other tables receiving service while ours was repeatedly overlooked. I even attempted to get the attention of other servers, but no one seemed interested in helping. Considering our table was required to meet a minimum spend of $150 or more, the lack of service was extremely frustrating. When I finally ordered food, my beef nachos arrived as chicken nachos, resulting in another 30-minute delay while the order was corrected. I also asked for salsa, but the staff member seemed unable to understand the request, so I ended up eating my nachos without it. The atmosphere was fun, and that’s really the main reason to visit this venue. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Another issue was that people were standing directly in front of our table, blocking our view of the large screens. We eventually had to invite them to sit at our table just so we could watch the game, even though they weren’t contributing toward our table minimum. Overall, the environment was enjoyable, but the service, food experience, and table management were disappointing. If you’re considering reserving a table and committing to a minimum spend, be aware that others may end up getting a similar view without paying while you wait for service and deal with obstructed sightlines.

Really enjoyed the venue, the service, and the food. Unfortunately there was some confusion about the happy hour menu. They mentioned the website hasn’t been updated for about a year, so look at the instagram account as they have removed some items from the happy hour selection since the opening, in order to avoid disappointment when receiving the check.

We were overcharged multiple times. The waitress had an attitude because we asked for the bill to be corrected. We were charged multiple times on the ticket for items we never even order. Also waited for 15-20mins each time we needed assistance and we told multiple waitresses and hostess that we had been waiting with no service. It was for my birthday and I truly felt like the service was horrible. It was until Kay the evening waitress manager came and saw we were upset before we were helped at all. Very unacceptable for a birthday celebration to be treated the way we were.
