The food is very delicious, portions are “large” so may be good to share with someone rather than waste. Pricing is very reasonable too!

Went with a friend to celebrate our birthday. After attending the movies, we decided to get a bite to eat. We were disappointed in the menu selection; felt it didn't offer what we wanted. I would have ordered build your own pizza, but sausage was not an option, and I don't care for pepperoni, salami or Canadian bacon. The server said she didn't know why they didn't offer sausage, they just don't. Then said it was Taco Tuesday, so I went with chicken taco and a beer. The taco was very skimpy with the chicken. Tortilla chips were served, but without salsa. I've had better. My friend had tempura shrimp, they were on the dry side. She has better as well. We were never asked if we wanted dessert, but it didn't matter at this point. In hindsight we should have gone to the coffee shop and had bacon and eggs. We did not take into consideration that this is a Pub, and the menu caters more to alcohol than food. Maybe other items on the menu are better than what we had but we'll never know since we won't be returning.

I love to watch the sports games here, their sports game menu, the holiday set menu and beer selection. This Xmas, Wellington was featured and it was quite special looking and tasty. Great service.

The fish and chips fish was undercooked. The bacon cheeseburger was great. The Cuban sandwich was OK. The live music was great, just a guy and his guitar. We would go back fie him.

Overall pretty good! We ordered a wedge salad, pizza and of course beer. Blue cheese dressing was watery and they seem to have forgot the bacon on the salad. Pizza was very good. Service was great barring a check in on the main course, red pepper and parmesan were not offered and trying to flag someone down was a bit daunting. Beer selection is great; a few more locally brewed choices would be nice. Definitely will return

FAQs

Yes, Bailiwick Gastropub can be a great date-night spot. Guests describe a warm, low-lit atmosphere with attentive service and live acoustic music on weekends that many find romantic. The menu balances shareable small plates and hearty entrees (prime rib, fish & chips, pizzas) so you can create a relaxed, multi-course meal. If you want a quieter table, ask for the glass‑divided room or request an early seating; weekends with live music are livelier.

Portions at Bailiwick tend to be generous, many guests say dishes are large and good for sharing. Appetizers and ‘munchies’ (like Firecracker Shrimp, nachos and jumbo pretzel) are substantial, and several entrees are noted as big enough that one serving can feed two. If you prefer lighter plates, order a few small bites or split mains.

Bailiwick Gastropub is open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. They also run a Happy Hour Monday–Thursday from 4:00 PM–6:00 PM. If you’re planning to visit on a holiday or for a special menu, it’s a good idea to call ahead since they sometimes run seasonal or holiday offerings.

Yes, Bailiwick is family‑friendly and regularly hosts families and birthday groups. Guests report a mix of booth and table seating and a quieter glass‑divided room for more private dining. If you need accessible seating or specific accommodations, call ahead so staff can confirm availability and best seating options.

It depends on what you want: go Friday or Saturday evenings (6–9pm) for live entertainment and a lively vibe; arrive early on game nights if you want a sports atmosphere. For a quieter meal, visit on weekday evenings or early in the 4–6pm window (Happy Hour) before the dinner rush. Reservations help on busy nights.

Bailiwick blends a casual gastropub feel with lively sports‑bar energy and weekend live music. Guests describe it as low‑lit and relaxed enough for date night, yet rowdy during major games. Expect friendly, attentive service, live acoustic performers on weekends, many TVs, and upbeat bar energy, a comfortable spot to eat, drink, and catch a game.

Casual dress is appropriate, guests regularly dine in relaxed attire. The venue is a gastropub in a hotel, so comfortable, smart‑casual clothing fits well for dinner, drinks, and live music nights.

Yes, many guests make requests and reservations, and staff are described as helpful and knowledgeable (including a hostess who advises on comps). Call the restaurant ahead to request seating, celebrate special occasions, or discuss dietary needs. For larger or specific accommodation requests, calling in advance is recommended.

Families do dine here, and guests often celebrate birthdays and bring teens. The menu focuses on pub fare, pizzas, burgers, shareable starters and hearty entrees, rather than a formal kids’ menu, but many kid‑friendly options exist. For younger children, consider an earlier seating or request a quieter table; calling ahead helps with seating and menu questions.

Bailiwick is busiest on weekend nights (especially Fridays and Saturdays with live music) and during major sports events; guests also note packed holiday nights like Thanksgiving. It’s quieter on weekday evenings and earlier in the 4–6pm window (including Happy Hour). If you prefer a calm meal, aim for midweek or early dinner.

If you want live music and a lively vibe, Friday or Saturday evenings (6–9pm) are best. For a more relaxed meal with shorter waits, choose a weekday, especially early evening or Happy Hour (Mon–Thu, 4–6pm). Game nights will be busier and rowdier, so pick your night based on the atmosphere you want.

Yes, guests report holiday service and special holiday menus (Thanksgiving and Christmas offerings have been noted). While normal hours are daily 4–10pm, the restaurant has run holiday set menus and three‑course specials, so call ahead to confirm holiday hours and reservations.
