I had noted the birthday which was mentioned by the host. Before we had even been offered coffee or dessert suddenly our check appeared and our server hurried off without a word. After that we got the "eggshells" treatment as if we were difficult and the ask of a candle was apparently out of the question.

Very similar to Rucello’s restaurant in Nordstrom’s Honolulu but with more selection and variation. Mushroom pizza, skirt steak, and fish and chips were delicious!!!

While we generally appreciate the consistency of Nordstrom restaurants, this particular experience fell short. Despite the smaller size of the establishment, the level of service did not meet our expectations. While the bussers were attentive and friendly, the servers fell short of the standard we have come to associate with Nordstrom.

Great little secret spot for lunch. We had reservations but tables were available if someone walked in. We sat on the patio and it was perfect. The birds were literally chirping. Food came out quick. I had the French dip sandwich and my friend had the pasta. Both were delicious. The server was very attentive. All in all, it’s a great spot for a nice lunch date. Highly recommended.

Had the chef’s special short rib grilled cheese sandwich with consommé and it was great. Friend had the French dip with the olive spread which she really liked. Server wasn’t too excited to be working on Black Friday.
