    Came to Benihana with some friends and it was an amazing experience. The staff were amazing and friendly & super accommodating. The food was also very good and we all had an amazing time! Highly recommend

    This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Benihana. We didn’t receive half our meal (no appetizer or veggies), the waitress was negligent and didn’t take our orders accurately, and the manager was a bit condescending and threw the chef (who was new) completely under the bus. We came for hibachi and left not full and underwhelmed by the lack of a show we received. Do better.

    Went for my son's 16th birthday. We never been, so I was excited he wanted to go. It was just too noisy for me, and ordering was getting mixed up a bit. Overall, food was ok, just a bit too much going on.

    Over 2 hour wait and most of the food cold by time the meat was done. Meat portions super small. No Birthday celebration which is why we went to begin with.

    Both the food, and the Entertainment from the chef at our table was very good. It is a pricey meal, but worth the show. It is always fun to engage with the chef and see how they prepared the food right in front of you. A nice celebratory restaurant.

    I decided to take my daughter to lunch and today was just not a good experience at Benihana. The waiter kept getting our orders wrong cause he said he didn’t understand. The cook was completely rude. He was flopping food everywhere not interacting, rushing. I don’t know if it’s because me and my daughter were the only two seated at the table. I kept having to ask him to take my steak off, which he overcooked. He had a bad disposition more like grumpy. He was just flinging the food on the plates. It was terrible. He cooked the food so fast I had to go back in season everything I never want that cool again.
