Bianca offers an "incredible atmosphere," with "friendly and accommodating staff." Highlights include "creative cocktails" and a "great gluten-friendly menu." The "wood fire pizzas" and "Korean fried chicken" are especially popular. While service can be inconsistent, management is attentive, often "comping" items to address issues.

The best thing about dinner at Bianca is my friend loved her salmon! She even texted our whole group this morning to say how happy she was with the flavor of her dinner that she was still reminiscing about. That said, we waited forever for someone to come to our table but no one did. I finally got up to wait at the host stand but still had to wait to be noticed by someone. Then, my friend ordered the short ribs and couldn’t eat it because it was too salty (and she likes dishes that are salt-forward!). She also had to send back the salmon because it was raw in the middle (to replace the short ribs). When she pointed it out to our server, she said that’s how it’s normally served. We needed to push back to get my friend a dinner she would feel safe eating. The second salmon was wonderful but the value wasn’t there — for the amount we were charged, the sides should have been more plentiful. My dinner was just meh. Too spicy but I could make do because I was hungry. The place has a lot of potential. Maybe it was an off night! Everyone was lovely to correct the issues we experienced.

The Caesar salad had very little dressing. The biggest problem was with the pizzas. One couple ordered regular dishes (salmon, pasta), the other couple ordered a pizza. We were told the pizza would come out when ready. We were not told that the other couple would receive their entrees and we would have to wait 15-20 minutes more for the pizza. We had 3 staff apologize to us and they took the pizza off the tab. Still, ridiculous. And the pizza was not that great.

Overpriced for what you get by far. Ambience is also not for a date night.

Hi Aydin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. They gave us a table that was too small for our group of 12. Food took a very long time to come and the manager made an excuse that it was because we had a large group. We did not even order appetizers. Everyone just ordered an entree. Food took an hour to come. The manager asked if we want the kids’ food to come out first and we said yes but when food did start coming, it was all the adults’ food and not the kids’ food. Pizza came out and no one brought us plates. One of our worst experiences at Bianca.

I have been to Bianco a half dozen times over the last few months and the service has been worse each time. This past visit was absolutely horrible. No food for over an 1hr 15min. Not a manager in sight to apologize or even try to lighten the mood. Hard to think about going back - and waiting this ling for pasta and a few burgers.

We hadn’t been an over a year because we had such a poor experience last time. We should’ve continued on that path. Listen, we used to come quite a bit. I’m not sure what happened, but it just isn’t the same. We waited over 20 minutes for the maitre-de to acknowledge we were there and seat us. Then, once we got to the table, we waited another 20 minutes. Finally out of frustration, my wife went to the maitre de and asked that our server be sent over. We ordered a pizza, a quarter chicken, and french fries. The pizza arrived quickly. The chicken and french fries much later. Food itself was good. It was just the delivery and service were bad. It was so bad, that I don’t think we’ll ever go back. I do wish them well though. We will always have fond memories of what it used to be and not what it’s become.

Oscar, Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for the years you've spent with us at Bianca. It means a lot that you have fond memories here, and I'm sorry this visit didn't live up to them. A 20 minute wait to be greeted, another long wait at the table, and food arriving out of sync is not the experience we want for anyone, especially longtime guests. Food quality only matters if the service around it is there too. We've shared your feedback with our team, and it's directly shaping the work we're doing right now on how we greet, seat, and look after guests from the moment they walk in. We've also reached out to you directly, and we'd truly welcome the chance to show you the Bianca you remember. Sincerely, The Bianca Team

Bright and energetic spot, with great menu. We love coming here. But Sunday morning, twice in a row, they lost our order and we waited over 60 minutes for our food. Just. need a little more organization to be a 5-star review.
