Ever since 1991, we’ve blazed a trail for brilliant live bands, Barbecued
meats, Fresh East Coast Lobsters and fine quality cocktails & spirits,
all in one welcoming place - In the heart of the community within
the famous Kings Road. We let the good-times roll, and ensure
everyone feels welcome.

Our cosy and welcoming restaurant and bar set over two floors
features a characterful bar and is the perfect place to stop by for well
crafted cocktail or glass of wine or even relex and enjoy and pre or
post dinner drink.

We’ve been bringing the party to the neighbourhood and beyond for
over a quarter of a century, hosting rock stars, royalty and everyone
in-between. Big Easy Kings Road is where London comes to kick back.

Customer service was very good and staff seem nice however the Food itself was inedible. Ordered the £34.50 meal which included a drink. Could not eat the meal provided as it was flavoured badly and left a nasty taste plus meat very stringy and fatty and not fit to eat. Spoke to manager who took meal away and replaced with just a spare rib rack that had the exact same problem of the smoked gone off flavour, that was again inedible and even other guests refused to eat but subsequently I was charged for this also then charged an extra £10 plus for a slushie which I did not order as I ordered a milkshake but was told none available. Overall expensive inedible meal. Extremely disappointing experience as I was a regular at big easy but the food and flavour has drastically changed. The bbq sauce provided was like watered down ketchup and when asked for bbq sauce I was told non available even though bbq is advertised. Wasted money as meal came to around £85 even after manager stated he discounted it, however re added random stuff on bill so no discount was applied, and had to go elsewhere to eat. Ruined my Sunday sadly.

Greeted very quickly and relocated to a quieter area easily by our very polite member of staff. Menu offered quickly but quite a wait until we were asked for drinks and decided to order food at the same time to avoid another long wait. We did wait a considerable time for drinks and food but that is a minor moan. The food, drinks and service was really, really good and we will definitely be returning.

The food came out in five minutes, which is usually not a good sign. I ordered the lobster, but it was tiny, mushy, and definitely not worth the price. The quality just wasn't there. This was especially disappointing because I've previously been to the Covent Garden branch and also visited the Canary Wharf location, and both were excellent with great quality and value for money. Unfortunately, this visit didn't come close to those experiences. The only positive was that the staff were friendly and welcoming.
