Was absolutely empty (but I was doing fairly early dinner).
I order my burger no bun and they got it right..they built the burger just like a bun-ned burger so you get the full flavor when you take a bite instead of the norm, all the stuff on the site. All burgers (including the Vegan option) were fresh and Juicy. A BIG A+ for having a Vegan option for my daughter. Waffle Sweet Potato fries were awesome...Crispy instead of mushy!
Sadly nor room for Shakes, maybe next time :D
Great staff and service & food
It was our first time at Bills and it didn’t disappoint. The food was great, the shakes were most impressive. It’s a fun atmosphere right on kemah Boardwalk and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
This was our first time to eat here. Good food! Will probably be back again!

1st it was our daughter 13th birthday which she requested to go there with her friends - made reservation and young staff all looked confused
2nd - waitress and training waitress had no service skills
3rd - we along with your other customers helped recognize my daughter birthday
4th - because of the dissappointment in your booking and service we had apps only and left
Burgers were delicious! Fries (classic and sweet potato) were unremarkable. Shakes were good (and huge!)
I know it’s Kemah, so a fourth of the clientele is the Jimmy Buffet crowd and pretty laid back, but we would have been happy with a little bit more professionalism and attention to service and ambiance. The floor literally sounded sticky when I walked around, so that did make me channel a busy side street restaurant in New York since that’s where the concept came from. My sweet potato fries were good and my husband’s mint milkshake were the highlights. Just our opinion, but will not plan to return anytime soon. Next time Bubba Gump’s, SaltGrass or Landry’s.
We had a reservation and were seared immediately, but it took 15 minutes before our server came to get our drink order. Food was good and fast, but our drinks sat on the bsr for a long time and we had to find our waiter to ask for water refills. Only one glass of water was brought to the table, not a pitcher to refill all if our glasses.
Was disappointed when we were told the appetizers were not 1/2 at the table, only at the bar. That needs to be clarified on the website!
The worst service I’ve had in a long time. Never received my drink so had to go to the bar. Asked for a straw 5x for my daughter never received it back to the bar. Food was just ok, but very expensive! 2 burgers and iced tea $65 no way!! They had 3 tables open and wanted to seat us at the bar until i asked why and she said well you’re not a family. I said oh well too bad! The guy had no clue about a military discount which they do, but he said no so I didn’t push the issue. Just wanted to leave.
Our server was amazing, she made some great recommendations for us and the food was very tasty.

We enjoyed the sliders and queso. There was a nice view of the water and we received great service from Dalton.
Overall it was a great experience but it was a little over priced.
We went to the bar first and had a great Margarita. The chips and queso was wonderful. The burgers and fries were awesome!
