Slow. Slow. Slow. We have had so many excellent visits to Bill’s, here at Rushden Lakes and around the country but this was by far the worst. We had to wait to be seated after our booked dome wasn’t available, already a disappointment as my daughter was looking forward to ‘eating in a bubble’. After finally being seated, we waited and waited to be served. After our order was eventually taken, another 50 minutes passed. When the food finally arrived it was cold, my wife -31 weeks pregnant- was in no mood to wait almost another hour for the same food. Reluctantly we ate. We left. We won’t be rushing back.

Food was good and tasty, however service was awful. Pot of tea ordered and only one sugar, requested more as there wasnt any one the table but that took 20mins, by then the tea was cold! Then second set of drinks it took to after we finished the meal which was ordered 30mins before (we was told the bar was busy!) Crayons for the child that was with us didnt turn up till the end. Food came out wrong too. Adding a 10% service charge to the bill wasn't great either since we didnt get the service!

Disappointment. Dome was cold. We've been waiting for staff to take order very long. Decided to get table inside. Again, waited to long for a food. Portions were very small for what we paid. Last year was better. It was my daughter birthday, so very disappointed!

The place was magnificent perfect for Valentines Night. Dome was nice and cozy it was magical experience. Outstanding service. But food wasn’t so great I had expected better quality and taste. Some of the my husband chicken was burned there were out of steaks bit disappointing. The food is the most important at the restaurant. We aren’t going back there.
