The quality of food was poor. One of my kids had a chicken burger and the chicken was tough and chewy. They replaced it for a beef burger after I complained. I ordered the chicken shawarma and the chicken was cold. They replaced it for a new one. We’ve been coming to Bills with our 4 kids for years - multiple branches - but have sadly seen things go rapidly downhill of late.

Excellent service as always and waiter Clem is superb and very kind - supported my friend who was feeling quite sad, offered us free drinks and had a lovely chat. Food was lovely!

I came here to celebrate my birthday and the staff was so lovely and made it very memorable and bringing out the birthday pancakes that tasted amazing and sang happy birthday to me I always recommend bills the food is delicious, the staff are lovely the prices are good prices and not too expensive 😌 thank you to all the staff that was working today at 4:45pm ish to make my birthday memorable

There was a deal on kids meals even still the portion size was so stingy and it didn’t even look appetising (chicken option) my nephew wasn’t happy. The adult meal (aubergine) lacked any flavour and was 3 or 4 tiny slices. Poor value for money. I was left very disappointed.

Sit down for a minute and was asked what to order, we requested for 5 minutes and never had a waiter came back anymore. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come back again. When serving the food, the waiter spill the onion sauce on my friend’s shoes. Not even providing towels until asked for it. And she provided 1 only. 12.5% service charge? Sounds like a joke to me.
