Portion of chicken & tri-tip small for the price. Tried to order ribeye which was unavailable, broccoli side also unavailable.

We had a great time we had a reservation and they called to confirm our time. When we arrived they were ready for us and seated us immediately and usually restaurants will have you wait while they prepare your table but our table was ready and waiting.

We had a 6:30 pm reservation but we weren’t seated until 6:50 pm. Otherwise it was a great experience. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and the staff was helpful. Our pizza and salads were delicious. I also enjoyed my skinny margarita and my son enjoyed his dark Oktoberfest beer.

Our server was really nice in the beginning but then it took over 30 minutes to get our food We asked for poozokies to go and had to wait 15 minutes then he brought it out with ice cream on top after we told him he wanted it to go then he said it would be another 15 minute wait He also came back to our table to ask for his pen that he left at the table Completely unprofessional

All of our food came out separate we were left seeing others eat while some waited. It was very uncomfortable, we had to remind the waiters what we ordered. Food to top it off wasn’t the best tasting. We were a large group and paid 18% for our bill (after tax) it was not good service at all we were there much longer than necessary, changed our waiter from the start the second waiter had an attitude. I will not be coming back.

Had a reservation 8pm when I arrived at 7:50 to check in the section we were eventually seated at was empty when my party had arrived but we were told the table was not ready yet and after waiting 50 minutes we were seated at the area that was empty when I arrived. After that we were seated we immediately ordered three appetizers (mozzarella steaks, chicken wings, and chips and guac) and our drinks for the table. The mozzarella stick and chicken wings arrived about 20 minutes later but we didn’t have any plates or utensils for the table or our third appetizer Angel our server never checked on us until after 30 minutes when he came with our drinks and apologized and said that for the inconvenience we would get free dessert. He took our food order and said he would be right back with our appetizer, but we did not see him for another 30 minutes when he brought two of the eight entrées then 10 minutes later another a different person brought two entrées. Then while most of our party was almost done eating a different server brought three entrée still waiting on the last one at this point I asked for a manager I explained to her how we’ve only seen our server twice we hadn’t received or last appetizer I order the prime rib three course meal I didn’t receive my soup the last person hasn’t had their entrée. She said she would take care of it she then proceeded to bring out the wrong appetizer when she brought the entree it was not cooked correctly so she said she would get it remade and this didn’t even come out till we decided to leave at 10:20 she said she wouldn’t charge the appetizer but they did we didn’t receive the dessert and I had to chase down the server to get my Pazooki that came with my meal the overall experience here was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced with no empathy or concern from the staff

Served over cooked fried chicken X2. Took over 49 minutes after ordering to receive food. Server gave us Togo container before our meal was finished. Took manager over 10 minutes to get to our table. This establishment needs an overhaul on customer service and how to cook food. So bad

The service first mixed up orders with another table and then half way through we got switched servers and the second server literally took 40 minutes to come back and check on us, she didn’t refill the drinks or offer to take some of the plates, both of them were horrible
