    After we were seated, our server, Anne quickly took our order and brought us water. When the bread was ready, she brought that to the table. Soon after, she served our Shrimp Cocktail appetizer. The large shrimp were very tasty. Before we finished that, Anne brought the salad with our favorite honey mustard dressing. then she served our Filet which was prepared just right. Anne always check on us to insure a great dining experience.

    My husband and I stopped in for lunch, but our experience fell short of expectations, especially given the prices. Right from the moment we were seated, we both noticed a strong, stale odor reminiscent of mildew or wet carpeting that hadn’t dried properly. It immediately set an unappealing tone for the meal. The food was decent, but the restaurant consistently missed the details. Our server was polite and well-meaning, yet clearly inexperienced. She didn't bring essential accompaniments; we had to flag her down for au jus for the French dip and cocktail sauce for the shrimp. The meal's low point was dessert. It was advertised as crème brûlée, but what arrived was essentially a mediocre, overly sweet custard pie, nothing like the classic caramelized dish we anticipated. Between the unpleasant smell, the missing basics during service, and the lackluster dessert, the meal wasn't worth the final bill. We won't be rushing back.

    We had the best service during dinner from our server Terri O. She was on it! Very attentive & checked up on us even though they had a large table to serve. Terri got every detail perfect! We’re frequent diners at Black Angus & so far she’s the best server we’ve had in years!

    This was our second time going to Black Angus’ Thursday night experience. We did the Italian one in the summer. I like the food and the drinks were wonderful. My wife said the drinks were too strong for her, I found it perfect. This round went a lot faster than the last one, took less than 2 hours. Our waitress was quick and pleasant. Will definitely go to the next one.

    My spouse served 20 years in the army and we came to celebrate their retirement and left HUNGRY Reservation was made well in advance. We arrived just before 7pm and was seated shortly after. Waited close to 20 mins before appetizer and drinks were served Started with stuffed jalapeño with cucumber whiskey drink. Jalapeño was good, bbq sauce over took the spice but good still Food 6/10 and drink 5/10 Entree: bbq shrimp, steak, corn bread and carrots with a "gold rush" martini Shrimp way under cooked but covered in sauce. Steak i like a good med rare...steak not good and not one person asked how we like it. Best thing on the plate was the corn bread Food 5/10 and drink 4/10 Dessert: Ice cream with peach and blackberry and missing ice cream (barely a tea spoon and absolutely no crumble) along with strawberry/peach candy drink Ice cream: huh where Crumble: M.I.A Fruit : everywhere Total: 6.5/10 Drink : most decent ummy 8/10 SERVICE: our host David was 10/10 amazing Our service was ish....tables around us being service by their server and ours yet when I asked her for ANY help she said no. Example She was done giving out take out containers literally 5-10 mins after serving Entree but when i asked said no ask your server... even after her tables didnt need any more.....rude Our surver was OK but nothing our of the ordinary
