Our Chef’s take inspiration from Billy Madison who drew a blue duck because he had never seen one before, and he wanted to see a blue duck! Well, since our chefs love classic Adam Sandler humor and innovative cooking, we thought that Bleu Duck was the perfect name to showcase our fun environment and staff as well as our unique and creative menu. Just like Billy, we like to try things that you’ve never seen before! 
 
Bleu Duck Kitchen and Oyster Bar is a full-service restaurant that provides a fun and welcoming atmosphere where linens meet a casual feel to create the new concept of “fun-dining”. We treat each customer as a welcomed friend and aim to provide them with an experience that is both personal and unique every time they visit.

                    Wonderful! Tater tot appetizer and Swedish meatballs were fantastic. Great server. Third time there. Each visit was wonderful. Definitely be back again when we're in town.

                    Stylish, modern, eclectic in a historic downtown building. Atmosphere is friendly, staff is great. They serve great food that is not only sophisticated but comforting.

                    On our way to a concert stopped in for dinner. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful in our food selections and very attentive overall. Will definitely be back.

                    Our first trip to Bleu Duck and it won't be our last. The food was phenomenal. I had the chef's catch and my husband had the duck. Great combinations of flavors and just the right amount of food. The oysters were also very good. The service was too notch and we could see they had a large party in the back too.

                    We love Bleu Duck! The food has been excellent, service is wonderful but this time the noise level was very very loud! Yes it was busy and the tables were full, but we had to shout to hear each other. Not sure they can fix that but we will try different evenings to dine there and continue to go early.
