About this restaurant

Blue Mesa Southwest Grill is a Southwestern/Mexican restaurant serving flavorful dishes consistent with the Tex-Mex cuisine diners enjoy. The inside of this eatery is designed to be lively and fun, making guests feel as if they are at a party. Blue Mesa is named after the famous margarita made with blue curacao. All the food here is made from scratch with fresh, local ingredients. The menu is a marriage of authentic Mexican and Southwest flavors, which are bold, spicy and robust. First-time guests can try of the combo platters, which allow them to pick between two of three Blue Mesa specialties: chicken or steak tacos, a chicken or black bean adobe pie, or a chicken and cheese enchilada with roasted tomatillo sauce. Blue Mesa Southwest Grill also prides itself on its tequila bar, which features a monthly rotating special tequila and cocktail.
