    Have always loved Bonefish restaurants for fresh seafood. This visit was disappointing as they were out of a certain kind of fish we all wanted and they were also out of one of their main salads with brussel sprouts. Really? Our server apologized and was very pleasant however we will not be back anytime soon.

    Service was extremely slow. We sat and waited for at least 20-30 minutes before being recognized. I think the manager actually noticed we had not been waited on and intervened. She was very kind and accommodating. We ended up getting some free drinks and an appetizer which made up for the long wait. It was our anniversary so overall it was a bit disappointing but the food was good.

    This was my second time visiting this restaurant. The food was delicious and with bigger portions. The bang bang shrimp was very good. I highly recommended them. My server was great! I will definitely be back.

    Love the lobster ravioli, and have had it several times but tonight it was way too salty. Staff made no effort to calm the meal or give a discount.

    When we got there, no one was at hostess stand. A waiter had to go find whoever was supposed to be there. Their bread service is awesome. The Sea Bass was great. Interesting that the Caesar salad dressing had no flavor. However the Blackened Salmon on top was great. Very nice waiter until he forgot about us. I had to go find him to get our check. It really wasn’t very busy so no excuse. It’s kinda weird as all the waiters have to strap on their iPads to take orders. Makes them look geeky and not professional. Maybe ok for a steak and shake etc. Not here.

    I like the cozy atmosphere and food very good. Salmon just a little overcooked as was asparagus, but for the money it’s very good deal. Martini was perfect.

    I am begging everyone please do not eat at the bonefish Grill in Pineville unless you want to be held against your will and accused of something that you did not even do and end up with fractured wrist over us fitting the description of whomever stole a bottle last night from the martini tasting we are all traumatized and upset! Now I have not able to work because the cuffs were too tight on my arm and get again all because we were black women who fit a description of someone who stole a bottle from the martini tasting. The entire staff needs to be fired and reprimanded for customers like they did last night
