La Bonne Assiette is now The Foodies Gourmet, an organic contemporarily French restaurant serving classic and nouveau cuisine brought to you by chef Assi Li Ponte. We are a BYOB, so bring your favorite bottle of vin and cozy up in our indoor or outdoor dining, weather permitted, enjoy classics as, Tournedos Rossini, Magrete de Canard, Foie Gras, Escargot and other delicacies. We feature grass fed meats, wild caught and sustainable seafood and fish, organically grown produce and homemade dressings and sauces. Our temporarily hours are, Wednesday to Saturday starting 5:00 pm, we also offer a takeout. Antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizers are still available throughout the restaurant. We hope to resume normal operation hours soon.

Our temporarily Dine-In and outdoor hours are, Fridays and Saturdays, 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, last seating is 7:00 pm, reservations are highly recommended.

Best steak frites in the area. I always enjoy coming here, but I really need to make Bonne Assiette a regular part of my restaurant rotation.

This was my second visit to Bonne Assiette. The menu was small, as is the size of the restaurant and is authentically French, bistro style. I had a Fillet Mignon which was served with a Bearnaise sauce and Dauphinoise potatoes and my wife had Fruits de Mer. The prices were reasonable, the portion sizes were right and the food good. There is no liquor license and you may bring your own wine, which is an economy. I can sincerely recommend this restaurant.

This neighborhood gem offers delicious classic French and American food. Wonderful rainbow trout, salmon, appetizers and dessert. Assi, the chef/owner, is passionate about the food he serves and delights interacting with his customers who think he's great. See you soon, Assi!

I like to support local but this establishment was sub par. When we walked in there was a strong undesirable smell and we requested to sit outside. I should have known at that point to walk out. Our table outside was not even wiped down and covered in dust. The grilled peach salad was very good and showed potential. But out two main courses steak frit and a pork dish were horrible. We ate 2 bites and could not finish the meal. I hope that they can improve and hope they can do better.

The food was subpar. Amazed that this place is still in business. Very good waiter. Food has no distinctive seasoning, flavoring. The beet salad was very good but the quartered yellow beets were cold out of a refrigerator. Not even room temperature like the salad. Will never go back.
