Waited 30 minutes to be seated, then almost an hour to be served and when the server finally came out she was rude and unprofessional. It was fathers day and Brandon’s ruined it for us.

The sushi was out of this world! Beautiful ocean view restaurant. It had just rained so outside seating was unavailable but the interior was warm and inviting with expansive ocean views. Service was friendly. There was a large wedding party in the restaurant so our server was over extended yet she remained responsive and friendly. Roddy was a fantastic server! Engaging. Funny. Knowledgeable about the menu and just a delightful person! I will be back and I will recommend Brandon’s

Great location. Beautiful view of the ocean. Food was okay. A little pricey for a brunch for two. In the past the brunch had more and better selection. Now it has been reduced to a limited set menu. It could be the season, not sure but for a Sunday brunch at 11am it was empty not too many patrons at the restaurant.

Had a wonderful brunch with family at this beautiful restaurant with an amazing beach view! The food was outstanding and the service was even better and very friendly and helpful!

We made a reservation at Brandon’s hoping to be seated out by the beautiful ocean. It has rained earlier in the day, and when we got there the waitress did not want to let our party sit outside because if it started raining later she didn’t want to be “running around with plates”. Over all the food was delicious especially the fig and prosciutto pizza, but the ambiance was less than desirable.

My friend and I went to Brandon's for mother's day brunch. Although the scenery was beautiful and our server Stacy was great, the food was mediocre. We both ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and instead of them putting the orders separately (since it's for two different people) they placed the orders on the same plate. Then the eggs were a bit too wet. I must say, however, the mimosas were good. I ordered a Tiffany mimosa and they made it perfectly. Overall, it was a ok.

I invited friends for brunch but specifically to hear Gareth Johnson , the musician they hired to play . The location cannot be better but the staff and food were below average . Sadly we had an inexperienced server which I can forgive in the mention if the food had been better . The menu is very limited .. again no issue IF those few items were presented to look appetizing. Such a disappointment.. I will come back to hear the musician but not order food .

I’m not one to write reviews, but my experience was so upsetting I had to share. If you are looking for somewhere with great service and excellent food for brunch, do not come here. First of all, we made an 11AM reservation about 2 weeks in advance. We did not get seated until 11:45 and we got seated at a table that did not fit all of us. In addition to this, the service was atrocious. It took forever to get just our drinks let alone the food. We ordered all you can drink mimosas and Bellinis and only were served 2 rounds. Our waiter, Ernest, was less than attentive and we actually had the waiter at the table next to us check in and be more accommodating than our actual waiter. The Bellinis were less than satisfactory and one of ours came with only juice and no alcohol. If that wasn’t enough, our waiter did not ask how anyone how they wanted the burger cooked. When the burgers did come, the had no lettuce and tomato. Also, for $18 the one slice of avocado toast was supper disappointing. To top it all off, we had to get up and go to the hosts stand after getting our check because it was taking so long for our server to come check in the table. The manager, Terry, was less than helpful in the situation and couldn’t even help accommodate our meals or drinks after being here for over 3 hours. Overall, we’re we’re extremely dissatisfied and not only will we not be returning, but we will be sure to deter anyone interested coming here from such a poor experience.

We had an amazing lunch out in the patio area. We had the Tuna Nachos, Fish Tacos, Chicken Satay & a build your own Burger and all we absolutely delicious. We made reservations, we got there a little earlier and were seated right away. All the negative comments had me worried about the Service, but we had great service, attentive staff and smiles, despite them being rather busy. All I can say it was a great experience and loved sitting outside watching the waves and the beautiful florida sun eating amazing food.

The management reserved all the tables for ghosts. Turned away hotel guests that were there to spend money, because they claimed to have reservations coming. Had to argue just to get a table. None of the reserved tables ever showed. This was during lunch and dinner. The entire restaurant remained with empty tables, by choice of the management. While guests waited and were denied seating. Turned away business all day. Absolutely mind boggling. Owner must not realize how management is sabotaging success.

This was so disappointing! I took family members for a special Easter Sunday breakfast and it was actually very embarrassing! The restaurant was way understaffed and the staff was not trained properly. Poor server etiquette and terrible attitude. The food and drinks were subpar! Never will return again and we spent a lot of money.

We were there for my wife birthday, we waited 30 min for a server to come by, we’re told to have our order ready because he ( the server) have other people waiting !!! The food was average and over priced, the service poor , but view was excellent! I won’t recommend this place at all, DO NOT GO!

The food here is good but this restaurant is poorly managed. We have a room at the resort where the restaurant is so we went downstairs for dinner around 6 pm. The place was empty. We asked for an outdoor table and were denied. The host said you have to have a reservation to sit outside even though most of the outdoor tables were open. So we went back to the room and made a reservation for 15 mins later, then we were allowed to sit outside. We watched many people get turned away for service as well while the restaurant stayed empty. The tables beside us had post it notes and were marked reserved for 6:30. Nobody came. We finished dinner and went for a walk and came back around 8, the place was still empty. The food is good but not worth the prices.

Exactly what others stated, because 20% gratuity included the service is very slow. A charcuterie board filled with non-fresh cheeses and mostly grapes took a very long time and no follow up to order or get bill. You have to flag down waitress to get service. She was very pleasant, though! We were there 3 hours and all we ordered was a chicken wrap and beer & wine. The wrap was poorly composed and not appetizing. Drinks took forever to come. Clearly, wait staff & cooking staff not well supervised. But, we went for the ambiance. And it was very nice with a lovely singer to boot that set up around 5. Note: We were ready to leave at 4:45 and I finally got up to ask for the bill 1/2 later. Wait staff huddled inside chatting. So, if you are pressed for time or are looking for a good meal do not come here. This place is just about sitting outside and seeing the ocean.

Outstanding view of the ocean. Terrace was well situated. From the website the restaurant looked more upscale, however, it's a bit run down. Dress code says smart casual and yet bathers in their suits were having lunch right at the next table. Ordered a maitai and while it tasted fine, it was very watered down. Couldn't taste the alcohol. Overall we had a fine experience. However, I was not pleased to see a 20% gratuity automatically added to our bill as there were only 2 of us. Would I go back, probably yes, because of the view, but I may try another restaurant near by next time. Yes, I would recommend it with the caveats already stated.

Those helping our server Nick were wonderful. He unfortunately seemed very distracted by another table he knew took us 25 mins to get our check after requesting it. Our 9 year old said to us- “I think he hates his job and doesn’t want to be here.” Then we were obligated to pay 20% gratuity. We would have not given that much or would like it to go to the others that we could see were working hard and wanted to be there. Thankfully the food was ok. Sushi pretty good, kids burger was great. Mac and cheese very soupy, edamame ok. Server who sat us was wonderful asked about a door open and music level and then had both adjusted.

We came in from Texas to celebrate my husbands birthday. The server never remembered anything we asked for so you would need to repeat it multiple times. My husband ordered sushi and the tuna was not even the right color. I had the salmon and it was overcooked and very dry. We had a child with us and he hated the pizza and the macaroni. It was a fail all around. Overpriced and underwhelming. I see no evidence of any Chef preparation.

We were seated, but no one gave us a menu or water. We looked up the menu online and grabbed a waitress. She took our order and said she would get us some water. We never saw her again. Still no water or any other acknowledgment that we were there. We left without receiving service or water. It was obvious we would not get any food. (Another couple that was seated after us never was waited on. They left. ). Management was, however, falling all over itself to wait on a particular family. Go next door to Four Seasons.

This restaurant has been there for a while. And it always lack service. The waitress was very nice but you can see how they work their staff. All staff very young. You can clearly see that service is not in the management's interest. It has a lot of potential. If you don't take the time to train the staff properly I guess it's on the management. This has been a long time problem of this hotel. They've been able to improve the food but there's no flow to the experience.

I have to disagree with the reviews that stated slow service. Our food came out within a reasonable time and our waitress was extremely attentive. We enjoyed the shrimp tempura roll, hamburger and pizza. We would definitely return for both the food and the view.

Horrible all around. Reservation was for 7pm. We didn’t get any food(appetizers) until 8:30. Then had to be immediately sent back because it was cold. Came out second time and was the same temperature! The rest of the meal was the same and extremely overdone on the salt! We didn’t leave the restaurant until 10:10. Never will go back

Horrible experience for us and other tables around us based on conversations. Took nearly 20 mins to sit us with a reservation and showing up on time. Negative morale in the restaurant. Not sure if the problem was a staff shortage. Super rude manager Monica told us restaurant was not fast food when we noted our long wait. Sushi was brought with no soy sauce and then waiter said there was none. Took two hours to get our main course. Beverages came out after our appetizers. Waiter never asked us if we wanted another round. Stay away! New manager needed before we ever come back.

The food and atmosphere were lovely, we had a 6pm reservation, didn't pay the bill until 9pm. Drinks were slow to recieve and we could see them melting at the bar. Took 45 min for appetizers to come out and another 40 for the dinners. The place wasn't busy. Food is delicious and interesting but for the price service is lacking. You can tell people preferred the bar for faster service. Silverware wasn't replaced and felt like we were bothering the staff with our requests.
