Great meal and service!
Food was really good! Service was awesome! Can’t wait to go back 😊
The food was just “ok”. Nothing what should be expected based on the price. Service was mediocre. The hostess was not welcoming at all. We will not be dining there again.
So far have tried burgers and fish tacos, which were great. Cajun pasta has a good flavor but not at all spicy as expected. Meatball sandwich was average. Pub chips not the best but the truffle fries are really good.
Staff is friendly and helpful, food served hot both visits. Many TVs and variety of sports to watch. Unfortunately, no sports memorabilia to look at.
Overall, menu offers a large variety of choices, definitely worth eating here.
Great restaurant for casual dining. Had the burger and the magi tacos and both were great.
Great place for a very good dinner. Great patio and service was great. Overall food was a B+. Dinners were good. Salads were a miss. Tomato salad was a great idea but fried eggplant was soggy and the tomatoes that were used were an embarrassment especially in summer with all of the great farms close by. Tuna with bok choy was especially good. Also had an above average cocktail/wine/beer selection. Do not be afraid to give this establishment a try.
This was our first time visiting the Junction house and will probably be the last time. The service was terrible, we had to wait over an hour for our food (while people around us got their food before us even though they were seated after us). I realize it was Father's Day, however there was no excuse for it. When we finally got our food the server that brought the food was almost ready to just toss it at us, she was very unprofessional. I ordered a house salad and it had no dressing with it and when I asked her for the dressing, she said that she would have to talk to my server instead of just getting me some salad dressing. Like I said it was a terrible experience. I don't normally write reviews, but felt like this one was a must.
Great food and service….would highly recommend. The Open Table reservation system was not accurate however. Hopefully that gets fixed
I had a reservation for 2:15 I did not get sat until 2:45. I do appreciate that the hosts communicated with us as they were trying to find us a table. Once seated the tables felt crowded. Like you were right on top of other people. Which did not allow the servers a lot of room to maneuver through. My server was fantastic she forewarned us that the kitchen was running behind and it could take potentially take an hour for us to get our food. However we had just waited 30 minutes to get seated so we decided to stay. The food was good, however the truffle fries did not taste like truffle fries. They tasted like normal fries. As a whole the restaurant felt disorganized.
Reservation was for 2 pm. Got seated at 2:40 pm. Food took one hour to arrive after ordering. Server was very attentive and did a good job. Kitchen was way to slow.
It was father's day, so the place was packed and the staff was running to get caught up. Under normal circumstances it would have been a better experience. It a very nice place and the menu is fairly diverse. We tried the carpaccio was really skimpy, tho tasty. The signature burger was to die for. The chicken modiga was just ok. Will go back once the newness wears off a bit.
Food was fine, sort of in the Applebee’s, Chili’s range. I would never crave this place but wanted to try something different. Overall experience didn’t make me want to return anytime soon.
The restaurant was busy with a waiting line but we (8 adults) had reservations and were seated upon arrival. The noise level was really high making it somewhat difficult to carry normal conversations but the food and service was really good. All 8 of us liked the entrees we ordered and our waitress was very professional. This was our first visit to Junction House and we were not disappointed.
Well it was freezing cold inside so next time I’ll be more prepared for that because our server acted like it was stupid of us to even ask if anything could be done about the cold air blowing down on us. But that being said the food was outstanding! I had the Chilean Sea Bass!! The food quality and drink menu is extensive and high end. The ambiance of metal benches and a very loud environment doesn’t match the quality and presentation of the food! I think if they had a bar area that was more separate from a nicer more comfortable and quieter area more like fine dining area they would really have a huge hit!! We will go back but maybe hope to eat outside where it might be quieter and comfortable if the weather is good.
Food was great. Service just okay. No one very friendly there. Most of staff had fake smiles or just looked to be disliking their job. Booth seats ridiculously uncomfortable & ridiculously cold a/c to the point of unable to enjoy dinner. Cool setup & lots of TVs to view lots of different sports. Kinda loud but expected. Staff, seating & temperature ruined a possibly really good thing. Customer service from the door to table service needs to be improved overall.
Great food and drinks. The staff I came into contact with were extremely nice and friendly. The patrons were friendly. An insane number of tvs to catch any and all sports action without being a sports bar.
Sister was in town from Phoenix.
Great service, large outdoor seating area and really good food. There is a reason we are repeat visitors to Brett Hulls!
Nice environment, friendly workers. Highly recommended.
We ordered our burgers well done and they were brought out pink inside. They have a very strict policy of no substitutions on sides. We wanted to substitute asparagus for a less expensive side and they still wouldn’t let us.
Service is slow.
Nice venue, good food. Went at 11 am on Sunday, they only serve/offer brunch menu until noon, so review brunch menu, very limited and that’s all you can get until afternoon.
The service was terrible. The food was good but for the price I've had better. Might give it a second chance but probably for lunch next time, not dinner.
They were super busy. We ordered drinks, they came out a few at a time. I didn’t get my drink until I was half way eating my meal. Also the drink didn’t come as described. It was missing half of the garnish. We didn’t get water until after the meals were served. Have of the tables food was cold. The food tasted great but it wasn’t even warm. The tables are too close together so it feels crowded. It was so loud I could here the conversation at my table. We won’t go back.
food was awesome but service not so great
Everything about Junction House was very good with one exception. The hostess did not greet us in a friendly manner. No smile and just led us to our table and walked away. Not a good first impression of the place for a first visit. But from then on, everything was great. Will definitely go back.
Service was great. Food was just okay and the noise level was insane. Probably will NOT go back
Pros: really delicious food. Moderately priced and good quality. This would be a great place to watch a game. Good ambiance and very lovely outside seating areas. The long heaters looked powerful enough to make it comfortable outside during a chill.
Cons: Bar drinks took about a half-hour (but we were warned drinks would take longer than normal); unfortunately I the lemon in it looked spoiled; they took it off the tab. I think they were just understaffed at the bar.
we enjoyed our first experience at Brett Hull's. Brought our mid-80's parents, and staff kindly placed us in a more private room which was perfect. Food good, drinks were so-so.
The kitchen was backed up. Took an hour to get our food from the time we ordered.
The food was just not all it was cracked up to be and I really thought the drinks were going to be better but I ordered 2 of their signature drinks and they left something to be desired. My boyfriends food was wrong and never got a refill. Probably won’t go back
The food and service was great but the noise is unbearable.
Very busy night. Decent atmosphere but food was sub par. Likely won’t return soon except maybe only for drinks. For our group of 6, unfortunately had to send 3 orders back as incorrect, one of those didn’t come back to the table any different. No FOH mgr presence but server did apologize and tried to ease the pain by comps on dessert.
Overly priced for fair quality food. We waited too long
for food to begin with and then when we had to have a burger remade because it was burnt , it took 40 mins to get it. They did take it off the bill, but that was unacceptable.
Food was awesome! We had a great first time here and will be back
The reservation that I made was for an outdoor table. We didn’t get that and were seated inside. Food was good but pricey.
Great atmosphere. Outdoor seating is awesome. Excellent service and food presentation!
Wasn’t expecting the upscale food. Everything was absolutely delicious and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Can’t wait to go back!!!
Excellent food. Excellent drinks menu
Nice restaurant, food was great! My only compliant was our server was not very attentive. We ran out of water a few times, it took a long time to get ketchup and she never really came by just to check on the table. Other than that the restaurant was very nice
