This was our first visit and I totally expected bar food and a sports bar atmosphere. There were certainly lots of TVs, but this was something different. The food was head and shoulders above what I expected, more similar to an upscale restaurant, the food was delicious.
My husband and I have ate here a few times and have had a great experience every time. Great food, great staff and great atmosphere!
Good food and good selection! We were seated on time and had good service. Real busy restaurant!
Went their for our anniversary the atmosphere was awesome , the food was well worth the money the server she was amazing , it was clean everything was great I highly recommend for anyone to go try it I was very happy will be back
We enjoyed the atmosphere ! Many TVs with multiple different sports options
Food was ok but not great. Could possibly have just been what I ordered. The rest of the table enjoyed their meal.
The food and service were outstanding. Also a very nice drink menu - tasty!
We had fun bc the company was great, but the food was just okay and the apps were incredibly small. We ordered a pound of wings to share with 4 of us and were quite shocked when 3 wings came out. We all ate all of our food and it was priced reasonably! But it wasn’t anything to rant and rave over.
Outstanding menu choice. I expected bar food, but got a high end menu with impressive bouquet of sides. Presentation was beautiful. Really heavy on the sauces which kind of over powers and hides the flavors of the meats.
Ambiance is great, but super crowded and loud. Can't hear table conversation without yelling. Excited to take advantage of the rooftop when weather cooperates!
Was excited to go here because I’m a big hockey fan. Unfortunately this food was TERRIBLE and over priced. Waitress was very polite but she couldn’t salvage the food unfortunately
The food is always delicious! It is hard to get a table if you don’t reserve in advance. The noise level could be better.
Not your typical sports bar food and presentation. Very impressed with the food selection and upscale preparations. I had sea bass and was cooked to perfection. My party also order the chicken modify, tomahawk steak and chicken Alfredo flatbread. Would definitely go back and can't wait to try more things on the menu.
The food was very good and plentiful, a good value for the money. The service was great but the atmosphere was extremely noisy.
A great non-chain sit-down option in Wentzville.
It is nice to have some unique dishes and ambiance available since most restaurants in Wentzville are either chain restaurants or fast food/causal dining. The place isn’t fussy but it feels new and fresh. Think more modern industrial style and less Americana kitch.
There is an extensive drink menu with a whole page of specialties.
Expect to pay about $10 to $20 for a sandwich or pasta main and $18 to $30 for a plated entree. There seemed to be a lot of seafood options, which stood out to me. Had some options for eating clean or pescatarian.
Taste was good and presentation was above average. One dish did not meet expectations based on the name of the dish (but was still tasty) and the other was outstanding. If you like fish tacos, theirs are excellent!
Waitstaff service was average. We made a reservation and were seated immediately, which we liked.
We ate at Junction House on Friday 4/23.
Booked for my mother’s bday and we were not disappointed. Portions were not grossly over served, food was full of flavor ( comparable to higher end restaurant) and drinks were well poured. Atmosphere is a sports bar but the diverse menu was way better than that. Outdoor patio is inviting, can’t wait for it to warm up! Staff was friendly and prompt.
Would definitely return!
All of the food was fantastic! $12 for two scallops was pricey and while good, not worth that price.
Menu choices read like a fine dining restaurant, the atmosphere is a LOUD sports bar.
$19.00 dollars for chicken modega,
1 small pc of chicken, fair amt of fettuccini noodles. No salad, no bread.
Will tell all of my friends about this place. Awesome food, service and atmosphere!!
Will definitely return.
Absolutely no hockey decorations and food is average. Way too noisy. Seems like a small restaurant with TVs. Not what you would think owning by Brett Hull
We had a reservation for 8:15 and didn’t get sat until 8:45.
Great atmosphere, lots of TVs, games going on. Had an awesome margarita and ordered a second - totally different and not good. Let waitress know and she mentioned to bartender and they argued that it was correct. Got the monster BLT - very large but was so greasy, bread soaked and dripping grease. Appetizer was good. Not sure if I will return and try something else.
Tables are way to close together.. The server had to ask a high top able to move in as you can not even get a server tray between tables..
Food is delicious, the creamed spread a bit salty. The hand tossed pizza was spot on! Meatball sandwich was amazing!
There is nothing to absorb the noise in the restaurant. It was loud but to be fair, we were there at 5:30 on a Friday night.
Great food!!! Amazing drink selection and the staff was very attentive.
This was the only place close that would seat 14 (all vaccinated) people, and we really wanted to get together to plan a trip later in the year. It was extremely crowded, but we had a large table reserved in a back room, along with another group. Yes, it was loud, but it is a bar. We really enjoyed picking from the cocktail menu, and all of our choices were delightful. The menu is fairly large, mostly appetizers and “fancy” meals, along with burgers, pizza, and pasta. Our choices all came from appetizers, pizza, and pasta, and all of them were delicious. I had pasta which was very good and a huge serving. The salad with house dressing was incredible. The burgers were large and looked great, and the appetizers were also good. The presentation was adorable too, especially for the chocolate bombe I had for dessert, and it was one of those treats that you don’t want to ever end. Service was prompt and friendly, and overall, we were well-pleased with our choice!
Food wasn’t as hot as it should be. Cannolis were soggy
It was fun but pricey for a sport’s bar.
My husbands steak was all fat. He could barely eat it.
When you read the restaurant is loud. It really is. Food was very good and the Service was just as good.
We had a party of 15+ for lunch. We were seated promptly and service was good. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was good, especially the truffle fries. Cocktails also were made well — a better beer selection is maybe the only gripe.
The place is way to noisy !!!!!
Drinks are watered down and pricey .
Some good good some not .
Nice patio. No masks in sight from guests or employees. Food was ok. Not many veggie options.
Such a fun menu-all very good. Waitress was super efficient and friendly. Friends and I all enjoyed our lunch.
The food was good. Grandsons ordered the signature burger and said it was very good except the special relish was a bit sweet. I ordered the chicken modiga and it was very good but too rich the way it was presented. It was supposed to have a side of pasta with white sauce but instead it was in a bowl smothered with the pasta and white sauce. You couldn’t eat the chicken without the white sauce which made it too rich for me. Prefer chicken separated on the plate with the pasta and sauce on the side. Then you can determine if you want sauce on the chicken which was supposed to have a wine sauce. Didn’t taste anything like that. My husband ordered the Tuta Mare and said it was good. Also ordered two appetizers. Do not recommend the spinach dip on the garlic bread, tasted like cheese garlic bread. The carpaccio was excellent.
My husband and I ordered a burger and were shocked when the bill came, my husband ordered a side salad, instead of fries ( that we thought came with a burger) and was charged $19 dollars. $12for the burger and $7 for the salad . Their menu doesn’t say what comes with the burger or prices for an up charge . It doesn’t even say it comes with chips and our waitress didn’t tell us either . Not happy, and probably won’t be back.
We were seated right away and then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes for a server to come to our table-which they never did. My husband had to ask the hostess if we had an assigned server. No apology was offered while other tables around us were being served. Luckily when we finally received our food- it was delicious or I might not have returned.
Easter dinner and was fantastic time for entire family. Western St Charles has got a true winner
Great, casual atmosphere with awesome service and a huge menu sure to satisfy anyone from the youngest kids on up.
Great look and feel and the food is excellent with gorgeous presentation! We didn’t like sitting at a high top table for dinner however. We had made reservations so next time I will request a regular table or possibly outside on the patio or rooftop. Cool place!!
Food was good. Service was excellent. I wish I would have remembered our server’s name. She was great. Explained the menu well. Very attentive. Bummed that the patio was closed when there was decent weather.
