Alway enjoy this place, on a cold day the fireplace is nice. Food is great, but the portions are plentiful. Great selection of beer.

Celebrated birthday party everything was delicious and service was excellent!

As it was a really nice day, Sat outside. Server was attentive and got us what we needed. Burgers and tots were spot on. Chicken wings we’re good. Only issue was the celery was a bit dated. However, this was fixed. All in all a really good experience and will return.

Good brunch, easy access, lots of parking. Great waitstaff.

The food was not as good as it has been in the past. Everything seemed premade and reheated. The food used to be chef quality and it just wasn’t. It was very empty for Fathers Day dinner. I believe because most people agree the food has changed. They also took the beer towers away and don’t offer pitchers. I ordered the specialty Bloody Mary and it also was not the same. Not sure what changed but not one or favorites anymore.

There wasn’t a host working and I asked the bartender to ask the manager to check us I. So I would get my points. It wasn’t crowed but it seemed like the waitress were more concerned with the outside patrons so we sat at the bar.

Food was so-so, veggies bland and burnt. Protein was tough and dry

Extremely poor service. There seemed to have been just one person working when I dined there.

First server was very nice but ending shift. Hard to get service after that. Worn out bar seating.

Car had windows broken out in parking lot under light & surveillance sign & items stolen. Management did not offer help & was very difficult to even get info from on any level re: police, etc. Not a safe location in the evening anymore.

Went on a quiet Saturday afternoon, and the service was horrible despite it not being busy we were there for a long time without being served. I asked the waiter several times for a booster seat for my son, and he never brought one. Finally decided to ask the host, who was kind to bring us one. The margaritas also tasted very cheap. I’ve been to other brick house taverns and had a much better experience, so I’m not sure why our experience this time was so bad. Overall I was very unimpressed. We won’t be going back.

We arrived around 730p. Not a lot of people there so easy to get a seat, but if you’re looking for a high energy level spot, this might be better later in the evening. Food was very good!!

Brick House was a last minute decision to have a quick business meal located in the Willow Brook area. Not only do they have a variety lunch menu, the food was beyond expectation.
We will definitely be back. Great service, food, and relaxed atmosphere.

Nice place, really. Our server was top-notch. 10 people eating before attending the Lanier Theological Library for a lecture--great place to get a bite before the talk.

A/C seemed a bit anemic. Noise a bit high, but we're all senior citizens.

Otherwise, great!
