Celebrated our 51st anniversary AND Father’s Day Sunday. Restaurant was packed & felt festive! Enjoyed a great dinner with outstanding service from Simone! She’s a Rock Star amount waitstaff!! Her delivery & attention were spot on even though Brio was slammed. She treated us to 2 outstanding desserts - tiramisu & special ice cream! We took a chance celebrating on such a busy day & Brio hit a home run for us! 💕. Thanks again, Simone!!

I totally understand that as restaurants return to full capacity, that they may not always be fully staffed. We made this reservation with that in mind and exercised patience when waiting on our meal. Our server was amazing and the foot was hot and delicious when we received it.

Father’s Day was lovely at Brio! The beginning was unclear since we had a reservation and the table was not ready. This issue was raised and addressed right away. The service was great and food was good overall. My favorite appetizer of shrimp and eggplant was a little salty but was still tasty. Good experience overall. I will come back.

Went for Fathers Day. Had a 1:00PM reservation and did not get seated till 1:45.
Hostess made comment that OpenTable had way overbooked them. Not sure how that could be or what the real issue was but they seemed to be in a total state of confusion. People coming in after us and they were getting seated ahead of us. Made the whole experience a little disappointing. Waitress was great and food was good.

The service was horrendous, from the time we sat down it took 15 min for the waitress to even come over, then another 15 to get our drinks. We had to ask for more water multiple times, some in our party didn’t even get their food and had to wait over 10 min for the waitress to even notice. This restaurant has gone down hill over the years, it’s a shame as it used to be nice.

We went there for Father’s Day and waited an hour and a half for eggs and bacon that never came. We told our server multiple times how long we had waited and she didn’t seem to care. After an hour and a half we asked to have our food to go to which she said it was still going to be awhile. We finally decided to leave and no one ever even apologized about anything. Don’t waste your time or energy even considering going here.

I’ve been to Brio many times and had a great meal, but this time was really unpleasant. We arrived before our reservation time and were promptly seated. Then, it took 45-60 minutes to get our drinks, and then another 45 to get our food. I’m not sure what’s going on at Brio, but they need to attend to whatever issues they are having quickly.

Our experience was bad from the start. They seated us for our reservation late, which was fine, I understand it’s Friday and extremely busy. When we got to our table we were given water and bread but our server did not see us for about 15-20 mins. 2 drinks were ordered and I asked for my bottle of wine to be corked. About 20 mins later she came back and told us the bar was backed up so no drinks and I asked for the wine to be opened again. She said the manager has to do it and left, didn’t take our order still. She came back probably 15 mins later with the 2 beers, one was wrong and still no one has been over to cork our wine. She didn’t ask for our order, I had to stop her walking away to order and remind her about the wine. It took 1 hour and 10 mins for them to open my wine. I have never experienced that before. The food was great but probably the worst service we have ever had. I am aware the restaurant industry is under staffed, new staff, not use to being this busy because of cvoid, and it was Friday at peak time. The restaurant management should take all those things into consideration and not seat everyone or just have reservations, no walk in so customers can get good service and enjoy there time at the restaurant. Even when we don’t have the best service, I still enjoy my night out but last night was terrible and it consumed our dinner table conversations.

We made a reservation on Open Table, but when we showed up, the hostess said it would be 20 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager to complain that the open table reservation was incorrect. The hostess acted as if I was being unreasonable. She told me the manager was in the back. She didn’t try to contact him. I asked sarcastically if I was supposed to go look for him. She told me to just be calm and wait ( the 20 minutes for the table).
Finally, the manager came by, and we were given a table right away. The manager never came by the table to apologize. After this, everything was fine. Food and waitress were very good. We have been here many times in the past , and have been pleased. In summary, the hostess was obviously inexperienced and handled the situation in an uncomfortable, unprofessional manner.

I ordered the fettuccine with a garlic cream sauce and mushrooms expecting it to be
delicious but it was made with olive oil and cream and it was not very good. My chopped salad was delicious and I frequent Bravo and Brio and I will be back. They both are
very good and I will dine there again soon.

I had not been to Brio since BtP (Before the Pandemic). Brio has been a favorite for years due to its central St Louis area location, good food, good drinks, and good service. This trip was different. While the food was very good as expected, the service and drinks were not. Although the restaurant was only lightly populated, we choose the patio, due to the safety of the fresh air and mild weather. I had a 4 pm reservation and we were seated promptly. It took a while to get our drink order taken. The simple drinks were somewhat weak.
It took about 15 minutes to get a menu. Another 10 before our salad orders were taken. Salads were good and delivered promptly.
It was another 15-20 minutes to get the waiters attention to place a food order and a new drink order. I opted for iced tea with sweetener since the rum and Diet Coke was so weak.
In 10 minutes or so our food was delivered, good as usual. Soon after, we got our drinks. My tea arrived, no sweetener. Asked for sweetener again. After eating and finishing our drinks, I flagged the waiter down for refills and sweetener. After a few minutes, my tea and sweetener arrived.
All together it took over two hours. While we weren't in a hurry, most of the time was spent waiting for service and with an empty glass.

When we walked in the restaurant for my best friend’s birthday dinner we were greeted and told our table was ready. The host then stated “one moment let me get your table ready” after stating it was in fact ready. Once we were seated the waitress Chloe came over and asked for our drink order & if we wanted bread then to get it. Once our guests started coming in,we had a table for 6 on June 5th at 6:45 pm, Chloe was taking longer to come to the table. She would take a drink order then take 10 minutes to come back. Once we were finally able to stop her and let her know we were never asked if we wanted appetizers or salads she finally asked. At one point she brunch the wrong drink to the table. Usually at a restaurant the waiter/waitress starts off with drink orders but also asks about appetizers but thats not what occurred and usually you receive your actual entree 15-30 minutes of being in the restaurant but we waited a hour or more to even get asked what we were going to eat. The food was VERY bland. The waitress seemed to have bad anxiety and had no support when she had big tables to serve. I would never return to this restaurant nor would I recommend it.

Waited 30 minutes after reservation time to be seated. Then waited for 10 minutes for server and menus. Server was friendly but over extended. Restaurant seemed under staffed and hectic. Food was good.

We were seated right away for our reservation, and that was welcomed since that isn’t always the case these days.
It’s difficult to write a review as I know restaurants are struggling trying to make it these days.
Our table was fine though I don’t prefer to be seated so close to the kitchen. Because of the open view, I know others might actually prefer it so that isn’t a plus or minus. Unfortunately, I had to use the restroom and it was unattended. All of the stalls were down to one roll and one of the fixtures was broken. There were no towels. I recommend adding the plate at the bottom of the door that allows you to open it with your foot and or putting a trash can near the door so when there are towels, they don’t end up littered on the floor.
Previously they offered an assortment of breads with butter. We just received a soft loaf. It was warm and delicious.
Portions are smaller of everything and the plates we received seemed smaller too. The food wasn’t plated as lovely either. I am glad they added the tentacles back to the calamari but I only received two. The recipe hasn’t changed though. Cooked perfectly.
I ordered the lobster and shrimp pasta but asked for the sauce from a different dish and they got it perfect. It was amazing. The portions of lobster were generous and tender. The dish is still sizable, though smaller than previously.

The chicken Marsala was tasty. Again, not plated especially nice on a too large plate.

It was not the Brio's I remember. They were always focused on the customer before and I was disappointed in the less than average service afforded our party. Food was very good but the service was not up to par.

It was not the ambiance we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. I was disappointed the hostess did not ask if we were celebrating our anniversary, although it was on the reservation. We were seated in a booth, not a table as we thought. It felt like we were at a 3-star restaurant. We were seated and waited 20 minutes before the server came to bring us water. Then she didn't bring the item to scan for the menu. When she did, we already had the menu pulled on our phones. We ordered appetizers and she didn't bring separate plates for us. It took her 10 minutes to bring those to us. Then she didn't ask to order our entrees until we were well finished with our appetizers. She didn't make any suggestions or anything. It was not the experience we are accustomed to celebrating our anniversary. We will not be back for a special dinner, maybe for a regular Saturday afternoon lunch.

I used to love this place but I have watched it go downhill recently. I am not sure if they are short staffed and have new cooks or what is happening. The last couple of times we have been hear the food was terrible. My boyfriend who never sends food actually sent back the chicken Marsala due to the chicken being so dry. They were out of lobster on a Saturday afternoon so I got shrimp fettuccine and it had very little sauce in it.
Our reservation was for 1:45pm and we sat down at 2pm and our food didn’t come till almost 3:30. Literally, no one in my party of 6 enjoyed their food and we didn’t take any leftovers home.
Our server was very nice but I think she was new and just couldn’t keep up with 4 tables. It was honestly a disaster. We won’t be going back anytime soon. I really hope this place gets it together again. I used to love it.
