BRIO Tuscan Grille - Southlake - Southlake Town Square
The girl checking us in put 2 groups ahead of us when we had a reservation and they were on the waiting list. When I asked why she said that is the way we do it. She got the manager and he offered no apology. What is the point of a reservation if they put other people in front if you when we were in time.
Food was great (even though steak was over cooked)...manager came over and apologized and offered to replace it...always great food and great service.
Food is always consistent and well prepared
I suggest calling in for special requests as they aren't typically honored online if you have a favorite table or are celebrating a special night.
cocktails are nice, and kids are well taken care of.
The service was fantastic, but Brio removed our favorites from the menu. Bruschetta and panini sandwiches were staples. The carbonara was just ok. The Milanese was greasy and the sauce lukewarm. Steak was great. The wedge salad had browned iceberg. Desert was the highlight of the meal. Cheesecake hit the spot. This used to be one of our favorites.
Took my husband out for Father’s Day he has never been to BRIO. I made a reservation and requested a booth. Got seated at a table not a booth and had to move. No silverware, drinks took longer than normal and the waitress had an attitude when we were being nice. She just seemed busy and not caring to what we wanted to eat. When asked if she could take a picture of us (since it’s Father’s Day) I got eyes rolled at me.
Father’s day and got right in without a wait. Are outside on the patio and it was beautiful.
I have been to Brio countless times for many years. It appears that they are reducing the size of their servings but not their prices and some of our favorites, like the Bruschetta, have been taken off the menu. I am not sure if they are under new management or what but their meals used to be just completely delicious and I honestly cannot say that any more, based on the past two times I have eaten there. I guess we will have to find another "go to" for our special occasion meals.
My wife had Chicken Marsala. I had Lasagna. The Lasagna was all cheese and very little meat. And the meat was soft and mushy. The Marsala had a funny taste, like too much Rosemary or something. Probably won't go back for awhile.
Always very good.
Food was good. I am not a big fan of sour dough bread. The salad was okay.
Our server was great, and the food was great too.
The sword fish and steak were cooked perfectly. The 5 in our party were all very happy with our meals.
We love it personally
I try to take my team there whenever possible.
Awesome place for family any celebrations or business lunches
This restaurant is way too noisy. Food is expensive and the service is mediocre. The back patio is the best place to eat when you visit this restaurant and seems to have better service out there. It unfortunately was having a private event when we came.
Food was awesome. Service was pretty poor. My mom ordered a glass of wine, and the waiter stated they did not have that type. My mom asked if she could have the next option, at the same price and was just told "No", with no other suggestions or options. Another guest of our party requested an item and was told "when I get around to it". The food is great, we will come back for that and hope to have a better experience.
Waited 15 min before being greeted by anyone. Waited another 10 min for drinks. Almost an hour for food - and it was almost 10p when food arrived. So, it def wasn’t during dinner rush.
Great as usual!! Service, food, atmosphere. Never a bad experience.
Mom’s 80th Birthday dinner was very special! Staff was attentive and accommodating.
One of our favorite places to celebrate occasions.
Birthday. Had 7 family members.
Service was a bit slow.
Food was excellent.
Outstanding service and food choices: one of our favorites
Table of 3 couples. Waitress had everyones order on all different checks when we got our bills. So loud, no one could hear each other and waitress said she could not hear us. Added a loud crying baby to the mix halfway thru eating. Waitress said Lobster Ravioli had 5 raviolis but only got 4.
My husband and I wanted to take our family to a nicer place for dinner on our last night in Keller. My daughter-in-law told us about BRIO and I made the reservation through OpenTable. We (5 of us) had a great meal, family time, and wonderful service. Our waiter was attentive without interrupting our conversation. Can’t wait to get back to Texas and have another great meal.
Normally a great experience at Brio. This time, we waited 10 minutes at our table before our waiter introduced himself. The entrees came out literally 1 minute after our appetizers (they were sent back to wait under the heat lamp to “give us time to enjoy” the appetizers. Then I found out they changed their menu and no longer offer the marscapone cheesecake - huge disappointment. The waiter raved about their molten lava cake which we settled for, only to find out they were out of that. We were given free ice cream instead, which the waiter had to stick a candle in to pretend it was a special occasion to make it complimentary. Food was still good, still a good restaurant, just very disappointed in the menu change and the service we received all around this time. Also of note, I requested a booth via OpenTable and all booths were full upon arrival. Not a huge deal to sit at a table, but it is relevant to this website’s review. I also noted on the reservation that it was our anniversary, and that was never mentioned at the restaurant...until we ironically got the free special occasion ice cream anyway (insert eye roll here).
I had recently met friends at Brios for lunch & had perfect service with an amazing salmon dish so I wanted to return. This time was a disappointment. My salmon was cold so I asked if they could heat it. I told my friends & family to go ahead & eat but the waitress forgot to bring it. We finally got the attention of another waiter & he went to the back & came right out with it, but I had to eat alone since everyone was finished eating by this time. I just ate a few bites & then aked for it to go.
Also when we first entered Brios we stopped in bar to get a cocktail but the bartender did not seem like he wanted to be there. I don’t think they had their A team working this weekend.
The food is OK but it seem like they are cutting corners and the food is not as good. Taste more like Olive Garden level of food.
Mark, our server, was great and food was delicious. Beautiful night on the patio.
One of our favorite go to spots.... consistently great food and service
Great to try the Brio’s in Southlake on our trip to Dallas this weekend. Same excellent food quality we have in Scottsdale, AZ and really nice atmosphere with a bar area inside and outside. Nice efficient bartender, but he was not personality plus.
Wonderful food and service!
Food and service was great.
Wonderful service excellent food.
Great service and excellent food. A little pricey but still a wonderful dining experience!!
Love this place. Coly did a great job. She was very attentive
We had a party of five, and had a very pleasant dinner at Brio. Both the food and service was good and the price was very reasonable.
My wife and I love this restaurant, it's classy, but not overly classy, the food is very good and the plates are not heaped nor lean, just right. Waiters there are really good and do not hover, but are there if you need them. Highly recommend
The wrong entree was delivered and no one around to tell. Also as frequent diners we were entitled to a reward which didn’t show up on our receipt Food took a very long time and no concern shown. We love Brios but will not return for a very long time
Each of our meals was delicious. Portions are generous. Our waiter was attentive and entertaining.
Excellent as always.
