They changed the menu and changed the way they usually made the salmon salad, different ingredients and different dressing, huge disappointment! Also my son was looking forward to garlic mashed potatoes and lobster with his steak, they aren’t available any more. Very very disappointing that they changed the menu.

Menu changes were ok although traditional ones were missing. Two of our three dinners were of poor quality. I had the steak salad. Dressing was good but the filet meat was terrible. Slimy texture. I could not eat the steak. The salad tasted earthy.
The chicken lemon dish my son had was disappointing. Flavorless. My other sons dish was lasagna. He said it was good.
Too bad. Won’t be going back. Waiter was not very attentive. Wanted a different table to be seated at but were denied because our party was only three. Most tables of 4 or more were empty through our time there. It was not busy at 5:30.

Very disappointed with our server. Seemed she was having a bad day. Threw straws and bill on table. Not engaging. Seemed bothered to be doing her job.

We have been to Brio on many occasions. The menu is diverse with many yummy options for all type of tastes. Our waitress was a little slow acknowledging us but was attentive during the rest of our time there. She seemed to be knowledgeable regarding the menu and was spot on about the great crab cake!

I met a friend at Brio for a Sunday Lunch and had great service in a quiet area of the restaurant. The food was wonderful and the service was great, attentive but not overbearing. I really like this restaurant.

I’ve been here several times and this was the first time I have had any issues. My food lacked any seasoning and the waiter never came back to check on us. I ended up eating blah pasta noodles with the table provided salt and pepper. Not the best $20 dish.

John (bald and a little older) was amazing at taking care of our party. Loved the food and thanks to Michelle for reserving us a table in the back. It was such a great setting for our dinner meeting. Loved it all! We’ll be back!!

14th Wedding anniversary...made reservations days ahead. There was nothing made special for us. Our server was very kind but we had to tell her 4 times we were still deciding!!! Felt very rushed! My husband loved his Chicken dish. My grandson had shrimp and lobster fettuccine with cream sauce yummy! They recommend the pasta Bolognese good but so dry. Was not a fan of the chocolate cake...loved lemon Italian cheesecake!

I thought the pasta dishes and drinks were excellent. The Calamari and Crab Cake appetizers were at best only average. I would not order them again. The Crab Cake was relatively expensive and not of the same quality of a local restaurant in Flower Mound. The Calamari was good but do not expect to get filled up on the quantities served. Overall however, the food was good and I would go back again, just not order any seafood appetizers.

As a long time favorite restaurant of ours we go at least twice a month. The menu has undergone significant modifications. We are disappointed to see that as some of our old favorites are no longer on the menu, however, it will take four or five more visits to fully assess if we like the new menu. Hopefully we can find some new favorites. Prices have undergone a significant increase. Food quality and service remain at very high levels.

Not a pleasant experience. There has been a changed in the menu for the worse. The 3 dishes my family enjoyed have been removed. The best Pork Chops in town are no longer available, your Chicken Marsala and your Shrimp Bruschetta have also been removed.

We stayed and tried some of your other offerings, unfortunately we will not be returning again. The only thing worth it is the Lobster Bisque.

You can easily see by how many times we have booked this restaurant; we were regulars.

Christmas Eve dinner was not special. They put us in the back room next to a stack of chairs and a container of dishes. There were plenty of tables open in main dining room. No ambience at all, and the ravioli was very salty.

We love to go to Brio and enjoyed our 4th Christmas Eve there. One problem was that even though we had a reservation, they seated us on the patio which was cold, empty, and rather drab in atmosphere. Not sure why they would seat anyone on the patio in December since the roof is open. When we asked to be seated inside, we were accommodated quickly and the problem was solved. The server that helped us from the patio was very nice. The rest of the evening went well with good service and great food.

Brio has definitely changed their menu. We struggled to find any dishes that sounded good. Even the appetizers have changed. . . no more Bruschetta, which was one of our favorites. No more wedge salad. What happened? Portion sizes also smaller.

Have been a big fan of Brio for several years, but very disappointed in the recent menu changes. Gone is the cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and the bone-in pork chop, all of which were favorites for my family. And what about specials? Always looked forward to variety. There are still good options, but not as many reasons to visit now.

We use to love this restaurant but not so much anymore. Sad.

We started with the lobster bisque, (it was excellent), then had a Caesar salad (the lettuce was a little wilted); I had the lamb chops (I ordered medium rare, but got very rare - had to send them back, but then they were a little burned on the outside). My wife’s steak was excellent.

My wife and I ate dinner there about 5 years ago and really enjoyed the food/experience. This time we had lunch and could not be more disappointed. The server was pleasant but only came to our table a total of 5 times the hour+ that we were there (it was not busy as we arrived at 11:15 AM). It took a little over 20 minutes for our food to be served after ordering. My wife's pasta was warm and dry. My potatoes were warm, very oily and the chicken was almost flavorless but at least hot. Needless to say we did not stay for desert. The ambiance was pleasant with a warm feeling but as more patrons arrived it became very noisy. We had to lean very close to each other to hear what the other was saying. I cannot say that we would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the future especially for the amount of money spent.

Went to celebrate my wife's birthday. The place was a little noisy but there seemed to be a few company Christmas dinners taking place so that's understandable. The overall service was great from the time we walked in until we left. The food wasn't the greatest I've ever had but I'd go back again.

The waitress was good. However, many people (with parties around the same size as mine) got seated before me even though we had made a reservation. We arrived around 12:10 and our reservation was at 12:30 so we expected to wait, but there were clearly open tables and other people were getting seated soon after they walked in the door. Finally at 12:30 I had to walk up to the host and ask when we would be seated- which meant we finally got seated. Not a good start to a meal in my opinion.

We have been going to Brio for many years and appreciated the consistent quality of the food. This was the first time since the buyout and although the manager and the server were very nice, the food was awful. No taste and a cream sauce for carbonara was like floating pasta in hot milk. No spices, not cream sauce consistency. We felt bad for the server. We left without eating the meal.

Average experience- new menu and many items from previous menu no longer available. Prices have increased and quality of food was average. No longer a good choice for a reasonably priced lunch. Summary- food quality average at best; over-priced; many items that have been menu staples no longer available.
