Brix 25 Restaurant
Stunning, cool, charming, delicious. And the carrots? -- I'd like to marry them.
The new location with little menu tweaks. Amazing!!!
Katie and Thad were so accommodating.
I could some it all up ... Wine List!!!!!
The service was excellent. The entrees were delicious. We found restaurant to be a little loud. The poke small plate was good but pricey for what you got.
The glass of bubbly upon being seated is a treat.
Really delicious and great variety on the menu. Loved being greeted with a glass of Champaign. Will be back!
According to Katie, our 7th NYE at Brix! Wonderful meal and terrific service. We all split the Tomahawk Ribeye. It was delicious!
Excellent, my spouse and I enjoyed the entire dining experience
Great food and great service.
Wonderful food and atmosphere in cute and cozy Gig Harbor!
Lindsey D. provided great service and was a pleasant server--Nice Job!
We loved the food even though all portions were small. The noise level is totally unacceptable for a restaurant of this quality. The wine we picked was okay. Great wine selection, we just picked one we hadn't tried before and we were disappointed. Our server did ask our opinion of it since it was a new addition to the wine list
The food was amazing! Our servers were on top of everything. We will be back for sure!
Brix is the BEST restaurant in Gig Harbor (with prices to match). The food was exquisite-such an amazing blend of flavors and beautifully presented- and the service was an absolutely perfect blend of attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.
3 of us split the Tomahawk, it was perfect and we took some home! We enjoyed the evening, especially talking to the couple at the next table. We lived in the same neighborhood in CA and both went to UNH!
Previous location was much better. Tables close and uncomfortable seating. Very loud Nice view of the water is only improvement. Food was good but very small portions. Overpriced
Brix 25 is always great! Love their new waterfront location.
When we entered the restaurant we were greeted in a very friendly way, seated immediately, and given Champaign. Our waitress was friendly, pleasant and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The good was delicious. My wife has a severe peanut allergy, her reaction could be fatal. Our waitress checked all the appetizers, entrees and the soup for any possible peanut exposure or potential cross contamination. Unfortunately there were only two items on the menue my wife could eat safely. Neither were her initial choices, but she was able to enjoy something. It was Thanksgiving and we both wanted a traditional dinner, but it had potential peanut cross contamination. My recommendation would be that they have more options for those with a peanut allergy, which is becoming much more common. Although our experience was pleasant and the ambience, service and quality of food was very good it is unlikely we may come back due to the lack of peanut free options. For anyone else I would highly recommend the restaurant
Very good restaurant. Service was excellent, good wine list. Small portions but that’s okay though I would say it’s somewhat overpriced and probably my biggest negative was the noise level and the restaurant was only half full given a Monday night. You can tell they recognize the issue but it needs work.
My friends and I were looking for somewhere special to celebrate two birthdays and this was a special find. The service and ambiance were great. Our servers were attentive and on top of everything. The food was delivered properly and temps were all good. The tastes and flavors were worthy of the special occasion.
I would highly recommend the tomahawk ribeye if you have someone to split it with. The steak is prepared and then cut for serving for you and delivered with a great presentation.
Great service, terrible ambiance. For a birthday dinner, we had a tiny table just barely big enough for two plates. It was so loud we could not hear our server. The ambiance upstairs stinks. The old restaurant had twice the atmosphere.
This place is just great ... food, service, location... The noise level is borderline prohibitive for a meal with friends though. I would classify it as very loud, especially on a busy night. Everyone totally gracious and professional and on point tho. Really great food and wine.
I dined at Brix several times and it is always delightful! The chef magically transforms local foods into delicious entrees. The menu is a surprise filled with many different tastes and textures. I always look forward to an evening with the chef and his professional team!
We love the restaurant location and ambiance. We would go more often if the menu had more to offer. Not a good selection of appetizers.
This restaurant was definitely my favorite in Gig Harbor so far. I had the warm Arugula salad and the Rainbow Trout. Both were outstanding! We would have gone for dinner again but they are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
We enjoyed one of our most favorite dinners ever at Brix. After a difficult afternoon, we arrived at Brix for dinner and we're greeted by a warm, friendly person and, once seated, a bit of prosceco: delightful. Our waitress was wonderful: warm and friendly, helpful, encouraging and fun. I wish we could have an Anna every time we dine out! The food was scrumptious and delicious with amounts being just right. Too bad it was dark out as the view would be stunning..waterfront. We can't wait to return! Don't hesitate...treat yourself to a lovely dining experience at Brix.
Great service, fantastic ambience and location. Wife and I both sent our food back, even the asparagus was cooked poorly. We won’t be returning. Shame because everything else has very pleasant.
Always Consistent Always Great! Our Favorite!
The staff was amazing and friendly. The cook himself came out and showed us the Tomahawk steak we ordered once it was cooked and before he cut it. The steak was incredible, but some of the appetizers had a different spin on them, so I wasn't as impressed with them. The desserts are outstanding.
Beautiful and warm restaurant in the Gig Harbor waterfront. Food and service were excellent. Looking forward to our next visit.
Great birthday dinner
Sad to see that they have no view of the harbor. Waitress was controlling, bordering on rudeness; on the other hand, she knew the menu backwards and forwards.......very knowledgeable .
First the service is impeccable. Extremely knowledgeable of menu and how items are put together. Very knowledgeable about extensive wine list and parring.
Food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Halibut was the most tender and delicious I’ve ever had. Appetizers are unique and exciting. Mussels are amazing and signature Beef Burgeon is the most tender and flavorful. Parred with a awesome wine from Oregon capped of a 5 star night.
We will be back. Wonderful charming restaurant in cozy Gig Harbor. Best restaurant around and we are local and dined at all. If you want the best , look no further. A+
Went there for our anniversary. From the drinks to dessert everything was 5 stars. Soo good!!!
The food is good to very good. The halibut is excellent while the trout is only so so. The ceaser salad is very tasty but the portion is rather small. Service is very attentive. Overall it is a good local spot for a night out.
This restaurant just keeps getting better and better. Three of our foursome had fish, two halibut and one trout, and declared their fish entrees some of the best they have ever tasted. Service was friendly and everything you could ask for in a busy restaurant.
I think the sing can be improved. While driving down Harbor View Dr after dark, if you don't know where you're going will surely pass the restaurant. I wonder how many more people would stop and experience Brix 25 on a "whim" if the location was clearly marked.
We were greeted and then asked if we would like some complimentary bubbles (yes, of course!). The waitress was very friendly and attentive. One of my friends is vegetarian and they were very accommodating. The food was very good!
Good food, nice modern ambience. The Alaskan king crab legs were delicious. We were disappointed with the desserts though!
Enjoyed a wonderful evening, had the mushroom risotto for the first time. NY steak was perfect! Thrilled the ghost pepper sorbet is back!
Booked a last minute reservation for date night with my wife at this restaurant. The service was fantastic. The server offered a glass of champagne as soon as we were seated, she gave a very detailed account of all of the specials, and the food was AMAZING. It was dark outside, so we couldn’t really see the view but I imagine that it, too, is AMAZING. We will be back.
The service and food were excellent. We had a view of the Harbor and enjoyed the fall colors. There was a large party at the adjoining table and their voices and laughter echoed in the upstairs dining room. The noise level was uncomfortable; I'll dine there again but downstairs.
