Celebrating the New Year.

Long story long.... the waitress sucked. She brings out the drinks and spills the tray (totally felt bad for her) it’s a combination of teas, water and soda. Both my son and My shoes get wet... no apologies no napkins nothing at all. From there it went down hill, after cleaning up the mess it would take an additional 10 mins to get our drinks and not all of them but 2 here and a few there and all the rest after our food was brought out. The food came out fast but so fast that it came with our salad .. so that means you either eat the food first or the salad fast cause the food will and did get cold by the time we finished our salads. After she placed the food down she asked if we needed anything else ???? Yessssss plates ? Silverware? The rest of our drinks? The bread we asked for ? Lemons and sugar for our tea? Each time she brought 1-2 things and asked anything else and I had to keep repeating until we finally got everything 😞!! We wanted to get dessert and coffee but instead of asking if we wanted or needed anything else she just said can I bring the check 🤔... so we wrapped it up and had coffee and dessert somewhere else. I always tip 20-25% and didn’t want to tip anything but I left 10%.... I doubt she even thinks she was the problem and instead probably thinks we are cheap .. last time they get my business.

Restaurant is extremely dirty. And you can see the back wait staff area which is dirty as as well.

We loved Everything we ordered.. Gorgonzola Salad wad deciduous. We highly recommend the Lemon Chicken.

Went to celebrate 2 birthdays. The server didn’t acknowledge it, and it was written on the special request section. She wrote one of our orders down incorrectly. We ordered chicken Marsala, and she brought out chicken Parmesan . The server tried to convince us that it was chicken Marsala. She finally takes the wrong order back, and said our is in the back and she will go get it. 20 min later she says that our order is coming right out, meanwhile we are all done eating. I asked her to cancel it, and she said, “but it’s almost coming out”. She told us that her manager will take it off our bill. There was no asking about the two birthdays (one of which was my 2 year old nephew’s) and no apology for making us wait. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and we barely saw the server. Won’t be back.

AMAZING SERVICE JARRET WAS GREAT!!! FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE!!!

Made reservation for Thanksgiving Dinner 2 weeks early on OT. Arrived Buca at 2pm for reservation only to see sign of "Out of Turkey Dinners." No combination dinner was offered in replacement. Instead of $20pp we ended up at $35pp. Service was terrible. We had to ask for bread 3 times, clean plates, bussing appetizer dishes, drink refills, parm cheese, to go boxes... The kitchen staff were yelling at each other which could be heard in the dining room. To end the deal, they would not accept cash. Waiter erroneously said there was a sign on the door. Sent note to the restaurant on Contact Us and receive no reply.

Terrible service. From the start service was terrible. We had to wait at least five minutes before we were seated by a rather unfriendly host. We had to ask the waitress for water three times. Otherwise the service was rushed - we were asked to order appetizers and main course simultaneously. But when the food came it took another five minutes to get utensils. To top it all, by the time we wanted to order desert, the kitchen was supposedly closed. Overall a terrible experience. While the portions are huge, I definitely would not recommend the place because of the terrible service (and because the place looks and smells dated).

Always make sure to use your coupons when you go to BUCA. Food is consistently very good and service is good. If you don't have coupons price can get high.

We decided to try this place for a birthday lunch. We were the only group there which was nice. Our server was very attentive. We elected to order the individual meals in lieu of family-style dining which was nice. The salad was good and food was decent, which it was a bit warmer. I ordered a cocktail, a cosmo, which did not have much vodka but was ok. We will likely return.

The locations are great for larger, family style parties and events. Good food with large portions.

Food and service was great!

For a while it seemed as though our server was a little lost, however we learned later that there weren't any servers in yet (we went early, just a bit after opening ) and our server was actually the bartender. He was very pleasant and answered our questions (first time).
The food was ok. The salad was quite good, although it could have had a little more gorgonzola to allow for all servings. We tried chicken marsala which had an extremely sweet tastes, but had lots of mushrooms which was nice. The chicken limone was good, lots of butter sauce and capers. We did feel that if the dishes were served with even a small amount of pasta (even plain) it would have been a much better meal and a better value. Because everything is served for 3 or 5, we didn't want to order another full dish to have something else on the side.

Went for Valentine’s Day and was seated before my reservation time , food was delicious, service was great. We’ll definitely be back.

Great food we will be back

Despite having a reservation for a large group (12), we had to wait quite a while for a table. Once we were seated, our waiter was wonderful and took excellent care of us. We mentioned the children in our group were particularly hungry, and he got their food out extremely fast. The adults generally enjoyed their food; the portions are generous and fairly tasty, even if the price is a little high for what you get. Most of the kids were happy enough with their food.

Tender, tender, tender, and delicious....is all l can say about chicken limone! Something was off with the tea, we were told they have a new machine. Great service.

Only problem we had was trying to pay. We had bought gift cards in November and the bonus cards were sent from the corporate office from the previous year and came up void. Took a while 10 plus minutes to straighten out but eventually got it done.
Otherwise good evening at Buca.

Great food! Very noisy.

Excellent food every single time we dine at Buca di Beppo! Their pizzas are especially delicious.

Christmas With family

Waited 20 minutes after our reservation time. Jessica was a great server.

Everything was Superb.. Our waiter Zach was wonderful.
It was way too cold in the room we were in.. They just need to cover the vents.

So the place we usually go Christmas Eve wasn’t available- so we decided to go on Open Table and get a nearby restaurant and Buca do Beppo had open tables! So we made a 7:15 reservation- but right as we were pulling into the parking lot the restaurant called to say that they wouldn’t have any open tables til 8:30. I asked to speak to the manager- who was so rude and I told him we were in the parking lot coming in- I went in and showed him that the Open Table app showed they have open tables all night and if they don’t then they should adjust it. He said he couldn’t do anything about it- that Open Table has a policy of overbooking and he couldn’t change it and if we didn’t like it then WE should call Open Table.

He was so rude but we were hungry and frustrated and my husband insisted we just order to go. So we did that (the actually staff working there was lovely). I then watched the manager berate a waiter- he was so nasty to his whole staff. I was a waiter in the past- and to be that rude to waiters on Christmas Eve is awful. We then went to the bar to wait for our to go order. I’m not sure why this restaurant is full of pictures of women’s boobs falling out of clothes and butts- I dunno in this “Me Too” era it seemed sexist and gross- and the bartender was nice but the mirrors in the bar look like they haven’t been cleaned in forever, there was like a layer of grime all over everything. But we order the house Chianti and it was good

After 30 minutes out to go order came- we took it home and the food was good. But then I get an email that we were a “no show” for our reservation- but that wasn’t true! So annoying as I would never no show to a restaurant.

So it was a good meal- but the experience itself not so great. Just gonna share photos of all the open reservations that the manager told ME to deal with- and Mona Lisa with her boobs out that is hanging by the bar 🤷‍♀️

We celebrated Christmas Eve & it could not have been a more special evening!

Service was great as it was our server’s first night. Food was actually timely and we were a large party of 9! We will be coming back for sure

Staff were accommodating to our request for a more quiet area. Serving proportions are generous and the flavor of the meal is excellent!

The food was not pleasing at all and was cold. The spaghetti and meat sauce had no seasoning. The server was a nice lady but did not tend to us and my wife had to locate her for refills and to request plates and silverware. I do not plan on returning, as spending $100 for dinner is a lot of money to be unsatisfied.

Food was good as always. Menu prices are high but the coupon Buca emailed us made it affordable. I gighly recommend getting on their mailing list

The food was pretty good but the service and the overall attitude of the employees was terrible. Our drinks took forever to get to the table then she asked if we wanted garlic bread. We told her ok and she asked if we wanted cheese and my wife told her no. She brought the cheesy bread. Our friends ordered a bottle of wine and we were sitting across from the bar and watched but no wine. She finally showed up with the wine 15 minutes later and said the bar was backed up. All in all the service will keep us from going here again due to the lack of caring and rude people at the front desk.

We have eaten many times at serveral different Buca di Beppa locations, and have always been very pleased with the food, and in particular the service. This visit unfortunately was an exception to this. We arrived fairly early for dinner (5:30) and were seated immediately, but despite the restaurant being pretty empty at that time, no one came to our table (or 1 other table in our room with people seated). We waited 10 mintues at which point I walked back to the entrance and asked the hostess if anyone was working our area. She spoke to 2 servers who were in the adjacent room and who we had noticed were chit-chatting while finishing the setup for a fairly large dinner party (no people there yet). One of them came to our table and said there must have been a communications error, which while clearly true, should not have become our problem. Once our order was taken, the food was the usual excellent at Buca.

1 other negative on this visit: At our table, the first chair my wife tried to sit in was broken - 1 of the wood slats going across the back area was missing. Hard to believe that no one working in the restaurant would have noticed that and taken action to remove that chair from an active table.

We had a business party of 14 and they wouldn’t sit us until all had arrived. Ridiculous!

Family portion food meant for sharing. Great taste and great value

We had a birthday coupon for $20.00 off a purchase of $40.00 or more, so decided to give it a try. The food is served family style, so a Small feeds 3 people and a Large serves 5. There were two of us, so we ordered a Small for everything. The garlic bread ($9.00 for 3) was really good. The Caesar Salad ($18.00 for 3) was mediocre. The Chicken Limone ($27.00 for 3) was tasty, but be aware the dish literally has three small chicken breasts on it. We ordered the colossal brownie dessert (free with a birthday coupon), which was cubes of (dry) brownies, some ice cream, and covered in a mile of whipped cream. It was pretty tasteless; we wouldn't order it again even with a free coupon. The service was really good but I doubt we'll return, even with coupons.
