I've been to Cafe 1500 multiple times and this was by far the worst. The eggs benedict was AWFUL. The béarnaise sauce was abysmal. It was watery and flavorless. If this place wasn't closing for good, I would never go back.

I order the pork belly hue is rancheros. The plating was nice but very little food spread out over a huge plate. Was a bit underwhelming. It was more like a deconstructed rancheros. You had to put together. The pork belly was not very seasoned, tasted more like saltless bacon. And that’s ok. It was probably a healthy plate. The mimosa was good and came in a wine glass so it was a good amount. Overall the experience was a nice one. Nice atmosphere. I would go again but not to get the rancheros. The shrimp and grits and the zero burger are more delicious and always a good choice.

My boyfriend and I went to Cafe 1500 for brunch and it was absolutely delicious! Great value for such good food and drinks. The Big Bottom Mimosa (pitcher) was also enough for 3 glasses for each of us (6 glasses total). Lovely ambience, friendly staff (thanks Lavon!), easy street parking. Definitely planning on coming back!

Great food and nice atmosphere! We have a deaf friendly waitress. The waitress know to communicate though writing , pointing @ the menu to ask what we want for the sides. Good attitude and friendly. We leave a good tip for her kindness !

Enjoyed the dinning experience and the food was on point. The waitress was sweet and provided standard customer service, nothing really stood out. A more energetic/fun staff would liven up the vibe. For the brunch time period, the music seemed a bit too loud, but i would imagine it would be more appropriate for an evening setting. Overall, we enjoyed our food, cleanliness, appearance, and diversity of the menu. We look forward to coming back!

What a great experience! We've loved our visits in the past, but the real treat is the tastings! We participated in the bubbles tasting with food pairing and had a great time. We will definitely be back for more tastings in the future!

Overall a nice restaurant Great service and the food was tasty. I wasn’t sure if I was to cut the Avacado toast or pick it up and eat it. The cheddar grits were great I wish there would have been a little more in the cup.

sara was our waitress and she was FABULOUS! she checked in on us frequently but also gave my friend and i space to chat. the manager even came over to greet us and we told him how much we loved the weekly bloody mary and our waitress.

Had a really nice dinner here before a show at HMAC. The three of us shared the baked brie and Brussels sprouts as apps and both were great. We got two of the wagyu burgers and one short ribs for dinner. Everything tasted great. The only ding is that our burgers were a little over done but still good. The cocktails and service were very good as well.

A very swanky little cafe in the middle of Harrisburg. I enjoyed the brie appetizer. I thought is very creative. I also had the special fried chicken sandwich with french toast. It was a sweet and crunchy celebration of flavor. My husband had the hailbut which he enjoyed. I thought everything was priced fairly. If you went to a larger city like Philly or NYC, you'd be paying way more for this quality of food.

Love these pairings! We have been to two and the food and drinks have been fun and delicious. I appreciated the information we learned about the different beers and the history. I only wish that we were able to drive how long we stayed. We had finished our courses faster than other tables but all tables were served at the same time, instead of when they were ready for the next course. Ended up being there for almost 3 hours and we were expecting to be there about half that time. But overall, loved it and will be back :)

Our waitress was an absolute delight and very helpful. The food was truly delicious. I had the French toast fried chicken sandwich, a limited time meal. Absolutely worth it! The mimosas were top notch. My friends and I loved it. Needless to say, I think we found our new brunch spot!
