Cantina Laredo offers something completely new, a sophisticated approach to traditional Mexican cuisine. Our ethos at Cantina Laredo is to blend old with new by using contemporary and traditional techniques to bring a modern twist to the authentic flavours from all regions of Mexico.

The menu is a culinary exploration of Mexico’s regional cuisines in search of Mexico’s most incredible flavours. Traditional and contemporary techniques combine to produce an intriguing menu that pays homage to authentic Mexican flavours. Emphasis is on the bold and intense flavours with simple presentation using high quality ingredients. Dishes are authentic, but not traditional with a modern approach to recreate classic dishes and invent new ones.

                                                  I would love to have given them a review but as the restaurant closed down, and neither the restaurant nor opentable informed us we had to wait until the day the find out it had been cancelled and then we had to rush to find somewhere else - not great service sadly

                                                  Excellent food, guacamole choice was especially impressive. Classy venue, lovely waiting staff. Bit noisy, but that’s to be expected due to the location. Portion/dish size can vary, so definitely ask the waiters, they’ve always been v helpful when i’ve asked. Great for families

                                                  Very poor dining and service experience. For example I had ordered chicken fajitas. The meat was hard, dry and the dish generally tasteless. The staff forgot our order on two separate instances, and we had to remind them that we had placed the order.
