It’s been a long while since I visited a Carluccio’s - mainly because of the reduced number of Carluccio’s outlets. Food and service were as good as I remembered - just lacked the ambiance of the old Carluccio’s.

Staff were very friendly and chatty and the restaurant is lovely to sit in, but the pasta had barely any sauce which made my meal very bland and flavourless.

Very friendly service and lovely food. We enjoyed the fact that we had a quieter restaurant in noisy Bluewater shopping centre. Couldn't fault it!

We had a great meal and staff were extremely helpful, as we didn’t realise we were still within happy hour, they advised us if this in advance.

Poor service. A waiter (accidentally) spilt a drink all over my friends coat and then left it! They were very slow to apologise or clear up all the glass on the floor. We then had to ask three times for our bill. Food was ok. We asked for the service charge to be removed and they seemed surprised! We won’t go back.

My husband and I took my son for breakfast at Carluccios Bluewater on Saturday 13th September for what was a disappointing meal for the price we paid. The portions are small and not worth the price tag at all. Needless to say we won’t be going back.
