Lovely venue, a little bit on the pricier side for drinks. Staff were all kind, except for the security guard on the door… bit rude

It was great. Only interesting thing was having to remember to return to the bar to collect your cocktails when it wasn’t busy.

Absolutely fabulous. Great service. Really pleasant wait staff. Great ambiance. Good delicious. Very big tapas servings. We ordered too much. Highly recommend

The music was the same doof doof beat right through, great for sitting in a group sharing but if it is about having a sit down meal, awful noise! Given a share plate but no individual plates to serve food on to. Food was actually quite nice and good value. I do not think I will be back though

What an experience! As a lover of the 50s and 60s, Charlie's Rooftop feels like I've been transported to another time! Stunning attention to detail throughout the venue with accents reminiscent of days of old, and food and beverages that are out of this world! I visited last night with some work friends, and we all agreed that it's one of the best places we've been! Very exited to return!

What a gorgeous place to have out ladies king lunch at! We had the best time at Charlie’s Rooftop Bar, delicious cocktails and food and such a great vibe!

We booked online for 3 people and were sat at a tiny table not even enough for 2 adults DJ at 6pm was way too loud . We actually asked to be moved no service so we got up and left and nobody even came near us

Great little bar with plenty of seating. Food choices pretty good, good range of pub classics and Asian cuisine. Really quiet when we went at lunchtime, food came hot and quick. Only downfall, we kindly requested a booth, and was placed in 2 tables that weren't booths, so we just moved to an unreserved booth? 9/10, good aesthetic, good food, quick. 🫶

Probably the best tacos I’ve had in Newcastle! Both cocktails we had were delicious and the bar itself is gorgeous. A very fun addition to Newcastle nightlife.
