    The Chart House in Lake Charles, LA, delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish! A huge shoutout to the amazing bartenders, Geneva, Keely, and Austin, for their fantastic service, great personalities, and making us feel so welcome. Because it was so good we dined for dinner twice (2 nights in a row) and our servers each night were excellent a special thank-you to our server, George, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and exceptional service truly made our visit memorable. It’s clear this team takes pride in what they do. Great drinks, outstanding hospitality, and an all-around wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend! 👏🍸

    Might have been an off night for Summer but we waited a bit before she came to the table. Took our drink and appetizer order. We got bread about 15 min later and had to ask for waters. Our drinks came out but still no water. Finally got that about 10 min later. One app came out but the other didn’t come. Summer came out and said our food should be out soon and then asked if we ever got our other app. We told her no. She came back with it but wasn’t fresh. Probably sat a while. Good was good but service needs to be addressed considering Chart House is an upscale restaurant

    Fantastic! Our server Linnie ( I hope that’s right) was very good. Food is delicious . The corn crab bisque is amazing. Mini crab cakes are fabulous. Suggestion… dim the light a little more for ambiance.
