    We've dined at Chart House Restaurants in Boston, Annapolis, and Daytona many times. This was by far our worst experience. From the time we were seated until we received the check it was substandard. For reference, our server's name was Megan. Once seated, we waited 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Once greeted, we ordered a bottle of wine...that took 15 minutes +. Our salads showed up 20 minutes after we ordered them. We finished them, salad plates still on the table, the kitchen staff brings out our entrees. We had to pick up the salad plates for them to set down our entrees. Once we finished our entrees, 15 minutes pass and the server shows up with the bill. Not a mention of dessert... The food - She ordered a chopped salad and a filet cooked medium. The salad was good, the steak was hot, cooked properly, and good. I ordered a Caesar Salad with anchovies, and the Prime Rib cooked medium. The salad was WAY over seasoned. They've added a crusted parmesan bowl and a red sauce under the bowl. The bowl over powered everything on the plate...even the anchovies! Lose the bowl. The prime rib was undercooked, rare at best. I usually don't mind leaning toward the rare side on steaks so I went with it. Mistake. The crust was good but the underdone center was chewy and not great. The mashed potato accompaniment was warm at best. When you visit The Chart House, you expect an elevated dining experience. This wasn't it. We probably won't visit the Daytona location again...

    There were 5 of us and everyone enjoyed their meals. Even though we didn't partake it was nice to see that the salad bar is back. Haven't been to this location in awhile so not sure when that happened. The service was very good.

    Great experience looking out over the marina at sunset. Good choice of wines. We started with shrimp cocktail and raw oysters along with a Caesar salad. My wife enjoyed her Swordfish Key West style while I enjoyed the Grouper with Lobster risotto. We finished with espresso and the Creme Brulee tasting.
