Had a wonderful experience at Che Che. Beautiful restaurant overlooking the water with fantastic sunset views. Food was delicious and service was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great evening.

Wonderful experience. Very interesting and delicius every flavor of the food. I'm glad we went to dinner twice during our stay in Cancun. Our server Saul was great. Thank you

Restaurante de hotel, que si buen tiene ingredientes buenos, no son excepcionalmente sobresalientes como lo demandaría el hotel y el precio de los alimentos. El gusto del Chef, al intentar crear una fusión de sabores asiáticos y Mexicanos, creo que incurre en excesos de astringencia y acidez de los platillos. En cuanto a la calidad de los ingredientes, la langosta estaba reseca (probablemente con mucho tiempo de estar congelada) lo cual creo que no corresponde al precio del plato y a la promesa del restaurante

My husband and I came here from the St.Regis and had a wonderful meal. The tuna experience was so good, perfectly fresh fish. We also got the a5 wagu and it was delicious. All of it was just what I was looking for after a day spent at the beach. Loved the ambiance and our server was fantastic.

Truly hope they treat hotel guests better than what we got (staying next door at the St Regis where everything has been fantastic). Apps took 1hr+ to start arriving and were not good. Raw scallops came out warm and not edible. Crispy rice tuna never showed in the 90 mins we were there. It was unfortunately so bad we couldn’t stick around for the main course. Waiter was not personable and manager said he was doing us a favor by not charging us for the food that never came. Shocking for a resort of this caliber.
