But if you’re looking for drama or frenzied fire, you won’t find it in this kitchen. This is the very definition of culinary precision: a finely choreographed dance, led by maestro Vincent Thierry.

Chef’s Table invites you to experience cooking—and dining—as high art. The kitchen at the heart of Chef’s Table is itself a masterpiece: a Molteni stove in cream in brass, wrapped in Michelangelo’s favorite Carrara marble. And the crown jewel—a brass-plated stainless steel hood, with rings crafted by a Thai artist to emulate a Buddhist monument. A fine example of both form and function, this opulent custom-designed hood is part of a ventilation system that makes it possible to put our kitchen right in the middle of the restaurant.

The manager Louise bourgeois was very professional & welcoming . Had the time to explain in details all the question we asked. Service was excellent provided by Chris & William , the presentation , flavor & quality of food was Exceptional

I guess this is the best restaurant i tried in Bangkok. The service attended by a very young french efficient classy and clever staff added to the chef,s cuisine really almost not far from genius one !, The decoration absolutely amazing the view from the 62 floor makes you feeling that you are flying in an incredible dream Tks for all , we shall be back very soon Michel +Fabienne LICHENTIN
