About this restaurant

ChocoSol's approach to food is deeply rooted in interculturality & radical hospitality. Our menu celebrates the deep connection maize & cacao have & how these two ingredients can take root here in Toronto.

We source our cacao directly from communities in the south, including Mexico, Ecuador, the DR & in turn have developed our local supply chain of Ontario-grown Maize (aka corn), chillies, pumpkins and other bounty.
Our simple menu highlights the beauty & seasonality of simple ingredients done right & what a regenerative supply chain can look like internationally & here in Ontario.

Don't expect a typical food experience, but a welcoming introduction to a tasty food revolution which is ecological nutritious & delicious. Expect expertely curated chocolate boards & drink flights, hand pressed freshly stone-ground tortillas & our infamous tamales with our special fixings.
