Prime rib was very fatty but good tasting. Fish was tasteless. There is a step on the patio that is very dangerous. Someone fell and hurt his ankle. This is an accident waiting to happen.

It was my husband’s birthday. Joel, our waiter was very personable and attentive. We really appreciated his efforts to take care of us. My husband even got a special dessert & birthday card signed by all the staff. We were impressed. All of our meals were delicious too. We will definitely eat at Chop Steakhouse again.

Best steakhouse in the city and it’s not even close. Our waitress was wonderful, she made us feel very welcomed and we had everything we needed. The food quality is top tier and just what you would expect, there’s a reason my wife and I continue to come back here.

The server was extremely nice and friendly. We had an overly long wait for our food, Like an hour. I guess there was a few large parties that ordered ahead of us. (Somethings can’t be helped), but if I was aware of this I may have ordered an appetizer like 2 of the 4 at our table did and the appetizers were quick The manager on duty took care of our drinks and my salad which was ordered with dressing on the side and was soaked in dressing. I was to hungry to send it back. Overall food was good and stuff happens. It won’t deter us from returning.

The app were real good the the steak need more flavor and when. The bernee sauce did not have tarragon in it so it was just a hollandaise sauce

Everything was great but the steak was over cooked which is very upsetting and unacceptable for a steak restaurant. Service was great! Good attention to allergies.

We are from out of town staying at the Sutton Place hotel above the restaurant. Went here for my daughter's Sweet 16. The area was decorated ( I brought decorations ahead of time) and the service was exceptional! Not only did our server do an excellent job, she provided us with so much tourist info! Kudos to all the staff at this location! Will visit Chops back in Toronto because of this experience! Thank you.

The restaurant area at the hotel resembles a diner with a preponderance of booths. The area by the bar is in the lobby, all marble and air conditioning. The food and service were both good but there is a lack of warmth (literally and figuratively). The person at the desk at the door (concierge?) is not particularly welcoming. Lunch is perhaps the wrong time to try this establishment. Dinner may be more interesting. I would recommend this restaurant to a friend for the food only.

Went to Chop for the first time to celebrate an anniversary and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, but what really stood out was the service. The service was above and beyond. Our server Sheri was absolutely delightful. It was obvious she knew what she was doing. She helped us with our choices and was able to answer any questions we had about the menu. At the end of the night she even took our photo for us and gave us a card for our anniversary. Overall it was a great night and we’re looking forward to coming back again.

We had a delicious meal at Chops Steak house. Our waitress Mackenzie was the absolute best.It was our anniversary and she went out of her way to make it even more special . She had all the staff sign a card to us and then delivered some amazing desert on a plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate. We highly recommend this restaurant. Can't wait to come back.

It was our 50th anniversary. The staff welcomed us mentioning it was our anniversary and congratulated us. Our server Francisco was over the top excellent. He greeted us at our table and congratulated us on our anniversary. He later appeared and said an anniversary is not complete without bubbles and presented us with a champagne flute with Prosecco. He was incredibly attentive during the dining experience. When our main course was finished he came to our table and said the surprises are not over. He asked us our preference for dessert and when he returned he presented our dessert with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate syrup on the plate. He made our anniversary dining experience a very pleasant and memorable event. Thank you Francisco - you are without a doubt the best server we have enjoyed and we eat out a great deal. A true professional. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Food was amazing. Prime rib cooked to perfection. Top sirloin delicious. Shrimp linguine was excellent and filling. One vegetarian in our group and there was a variety of vegetarian options - tofu avocado bowl was very good. The Charity bread and whipped butter was excellent - baked fresh on order. Dessert trio - outstanding. Highly recommend and will visit again!

Made reservation, but it wasn't needed as we were the ONLY patrons there at 1:00PM on Sunday. Server, 'Austin' was friendly, efficient and went well beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Also made several excellent recommendations to our party. Full marks for his excellent service.
