   Came to celebrate a joint 30th birthday, which we had marked in the notes but it was not mentioned. We waited 10 mins to be seated, which was fine. Our waitress was very nice, but we saw very little of her. It took over 30 mins to receive our drinks. I ordered a dirty martini, which tasted like straight vodka no olive juice. I requested another, and after another 30 minutes the waitress informed me they were out of olive juice and didn’t mention that before, which was why it was incorrect. Sat for 1.5 hours without a drink. Food was not great, burger bun was soggy, fish was not cooked all the way through, and salmon appetizer tasted off. Best part was the mussels. Would not return.

   first time back in this restaurant in a couple of years. On their daily menu they were out of the first 3 bottles of wine we wanted. It took almost an hour for us to get a drink. Then, 2 of us ordered the sea bass, which again, was a daily special. Well, they were out of sea bass, we had 7:00 reservation, and apparently the restaurant had only ordered/received 10 sea bass filets for the day for their daily special. We all ordered the strawberry salad which was quite dry and maybe....maybe had a total of 2 strawberries in the salad. I will not return for quite some time.

   Had the swordfish and the sea bass and both were excellent! Portions are very generous. Abby J. was our server and she was helpful, friendly and attentive. The noise level can be "energetic" at times if there is a crowd at the bar.

   From the time I called this restaurant I knew I was being taken care of. The General Manager, Presley made our evening extra special for my mom’s birthday. Everyone from the hostess to the valet to the bar manager went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful!

    Really nice restaurant went for a Father's Day brunch with a group of 10 everyone enjoyed there meals we will definitely be back next time we are in Charlotte.

    The food was really outstanding. We had the ribeye steak special and it was probably the best steak we’ve had in town and that includes all of the top steak houses. Extremely attentive staff but without being pushy. Jessica was a delight as our waitperson.

    COMPLIMENTARY VALET PARKING IS THE ONLY WAY. This starts a wonderful experience especially in downtown. The valet guys were on the money and working hard. TIP THEM WELL! Pressley was the host and was very accommodating. We had small issue but he made sure to take care of us and make everything better. So excellent customer service to start. We got our drinks quickly at the bar and they were delicious. I didn't get the bartenders name but she was short, had a beautiful smile, brown hair, and was very attentive to us and others. Drinks-- watermelon sugar : sweet, strong, and watermelon flavored Peach pit : STRONGGGG, a good sipping drink that's very flavorful and smoky A warm embrace : a cold take on a hot totty with chamomile tea and the drink is a smooth ride in the wonderful land of inebriation Our server was Atina and we honestly will probably request her every time if possible. She was divine. Food -- We thankfully all ate something different and everything was delicious. Not a scrap was left excluding us eaters who quickly fill and needed to go boxes. But I am excited about brunch leftovers for breakfast. the OKONOMIYAKI consists of a cabbage pancake with an egg cooked to order, braised bacon, sriracha aioli, and yakiniku sauce. 10/10 if you love Asian food , Japanese specifically. Very savory and mildly sweet at the same time. My dining party enjoyed the food they got and the complimentary pastries with raspberries on them were delicious. I absolutely will return for a date and dinner one evening. So I can honestly say a 4.8 and that's only because the bathroom could be improved to complete the luxurious experience that's felt here. Such a great time!

    Out waitress offered us a great complementary service of Champagne and dessert to help celebrate my mother's retirement. Unfortunately we turned it down because we had a little one to get home for a nap. The overall experience was outstanding. We will be frequent patrons in the futute.

    Visited 5 Church in the fall and loved the restaurant! Fabulous food and upscale service. Had even visited the location in Charleston as well. Found out that the name had changed but made a reservation for Saturday evening anyway. I called Friday to request a certain location in the restaurant. I was told that would not be a problem at all. This was a VERY special occasion and that table was the taken when we arrived. I spoke to a manager (kiana) and was told that someone rented the entire area for a birthday. Instead were seated at a table that kept us blinded by car lights every time someone turned in front of the restaurant. Kiana could have cared less about the situation. Service was very slow and average at best. We ordered drinks and it was 20 minutes before we received them. We had to ask twice about them. The couple with us for this occasion decided to leave. So upsetting and disappointing as this special occasion could not be repeated. We could see the area that we requested and supposedly the entire area was rented by 1 person. That was definitely not the case. We watched separate checks come out individually at different times to all of the tables in that area. There was no communication between patrons at the different tables so thinking that they did not know each other at all. After about 30 minutes of being there, a DJ in the dining area started playing music so loud that we could barely hear each other talk. We requested our check and could not get out of there fast enough.

    Great vibe in the restaurant and good Sri is. However the food was just ok. The appetizers (shrimp cocktail and octopus) were good. Side items ( broccoli, green beans, potatoes and fries) all had great flavor. Where they failed was the steaks. 6 of us got steaks all medium rare and 2 mediums. They were all over cooked. 3 of us sent them back because at $44 just for the steak it better be perfect. New steaks arrived and even though they were better they were still not medium rare. At this point we just accepted it. Manager did take 20% off the bill but definitely would not recommend a steak. Maybe order rare and you will get the medium rare. If going here just grab some drinks and apps.

    Great graduation celebration brunch. Kids had delicious burgers & custom cherry Coke. Adults had creative cocktails (one spicy & one sweet) & adventurous cabbage pancake & biscuit & gravy. All were fantastic- we will be back.

    All in all it was a pretty nice dinner. My wife had the agnoloni and I had the Amber Jack. Both dishes were well prepared and flavorful. The sausage ragu on the agnolini was outstanding. The Amber Jack was perfectly cooked with a very tasty, crisp skin. My only issue with that dish was the polenta cake which was very bland and dry. The service was pretty good and attentive. My only beef there was that my martini was served “dirty”- I ordered it dry with just a vermouth rinse. While I’m not a big fan of a dirty martini, I did not send it back and it was not bad. The only other issue that we had was the noise level in the restaurant- between the music and table conversations it was a bit noisy.

    They were short staffed when we went so there was a wait when we first set at our table. The manger sent over mimosas on the house, which was cool. The food was okay nothing special in my opinion. Ambiance was cool but the bathroom reeked

    Unhappy with beer choices, bud light etc. Was told they ran out of craft beer on tap, it was 7pm on Saturday which does not seem credible. Also, while moderately busy, it was incredibly loud. Very hard to have a conversation. Food was very good.

    It was just so so. I wasn’t blown away. The service was outstanding however. Their menu was boring. Not enough seafood options. But the food that we got was very good. This place is very expensive as well.
