Had lunch outside; food and service were excellent.

The meat was outstanding- we had Argentinian churrasco. The empanada was delicious and the dipping sauce was perfect! To close with golden keys, the tres leches is definitely best in town!

I used to love this place and go often when I worked closer. It had been awhile and decided to take my partner out for his birthday. I was really disappointed overall - the food was not as good as it used to be, slightly overcooked and cold and the service was just ok. They still charge high end prices but the food was mediocre. Sad to say this will be my last visit.

Valentines dinner was excellent!

It was our first time and planned on getting the Valentines menu but the brunch menu was still available. I must say, everything, yes everything, we tried was fantastic. It was a great experience and both my valentine and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We will definitely be returning for brunch again. Great value, great food. Highly recommended.

The quality and variety of the food was horrible and not to Churrascos standards. I was also shocked that they were serving from a buffet in the midst of a pandemic. I will not return.

Nice place, very savory, portions are just the right size

The food was excellent. We had the Churrasco’s steak. It was cooked as ordered and was delicious. We started with a Ceviche appetizer and it was also very good.

Churrasco's is always top notch with consistent high quality food and service. Family of 5 with some picky kids and everyone found something they enjoyed. Will definitely return.

While we typically have visited Churasscos for Brunch, we decided to visit for Dinner; and to support the restaurant during this Covid pandemic. We were very pleased with the service and food; and I was particularly pleased at the handling of a special request I made about a vegan item (the spinach and mushroom enchiladas). I requested that they not include cheese, and both the waiter and chef obliged. The enchiladas were excellent, and I would definitely order them again!

A Christmas lunch and it was absolutely wonderful. The food is always great, along with a great server. Can’t wait to come back.

Terrible service and overpriced food

I have been here many times and the steak is always cooked to order, melts in your mouth.

The food was very good, it had great flavor. The portions are small considering the prices. The atmosphere is outdated and the salsa music that was playing was overwhelming. I lived in Latin America for 6 years and my wife is Colombian. The food represented very well the flavors of Latin American. Just a miss on the restaurant’s presentation that took away from the experience.

Very good overall, but not great. Maybe it's just the wonkiness of COVID, but things seemed a bit down from past experiences - although it's been many years since we last dined at Churrasco's. We'll definitely be back, and it's still one of our favorite places to dine.

This is a great Houston operation and sad to see such low dining activity in the last couple times I was there. Not sure how they are keeping the lights on.

Great place and great steak for everyday dinning

Delicious! The plantains served with chimichurri sauce at the very beginning are a great surprise. The steak filet was delicious. Went with 8 family members, lots of distance between tables!

We've missed coming here, to one of our favorite Sunday Brunch spots, due to the Pandemic. However, Churasscos is doing all they can to ensure social distancing, while maintaining the same level of excellent customer service.
Yes, the buffet is gone (except for the Omelette, Waffle and small carving station), but they offer a lot of the same items 'from the menu'. Basically, they give you a menu of many of those same buffet items, and you have the option to order the dishes one or two (or more) at a time.

The mimosas and Mojitos are still great, and again, while we miss the ambiance and fun of the buffet, the food is still great, and the service, wonderful!

I thought this restaurant was a good choice for a birthday dinner celebration. I called the day of and I was able to make the reservation that same day for later that night. The reservation was for 12 people and some of us got there earlier than others. We got there about 30 min after everyone else and some of the people that were there hadn’t gotten their drinks yet. The bar was backed up and we had to wait a while for our drinks. The waiter took only a few orders before walking away. I don’t know if there was a shortage on staff but the service wasn’t great. Our waiter lacked good customer service. The food was good but I don’t think I’d recommend this place for a big event.

Great experience

This River Oaks standby has come back after Covid-19 and is getting the job done. Dined indoors, but there was some outdoor seating. Service is always excellent and the restaurant is consistently clean and kept-ip.

Some people were too loud

The service was exceptional, the staff was very accommodating to our large party and everyone was happy with the food.
