We very much enjoyed our visits here. A top place to go for a light dinner, with highly attentative staff, probably the best team in all of Rome!

We never eat at hotel restaurants, simply because they are far more expensive than local restaurants, but we had just arrived in Rome, were tired and just wanted a quick meal. Great location on the roof top although exceptionally windy. The pizza’s were very good as was the salad (although it was such a minuscule serving that it was consumed in two mouthfuls!). The staff were friendly and the service excellent, but as I noted earlier, the prices were simply far too high.

it was quite good place and food. Just I was surprised there was no special attend or compliment from chef because of birthday.

Delicious brick oven pizza. Beautiful views of up lite palm trees and the skyline of Rome. The heaters were perfect for dining outside

After a long day of sightseeing, we were looking for a casual spot for pizza and were surprised to find this rooftop restaurant at the Westin Excelsior so highly rated. Now we understand why! The views over Rome are beautiful, the vibe is relaxed, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed pizza and salad—simple, fresh, and just what we were looking for. Not fancy, but absolutely perfect. ⸻

Il prezzo esageratamente alto non è giustificato né dal cibo tanto esaltato né tantomeno dalla vista. Il confronto con altri "artisti" della pizza napoletana non regge prima di tutto per la qualità e in secondo luogo per il prezzo: un supplì o una crocchetta 8 euro, una pizza margherita 17...è più del doppio di quanto pagato per una pizza da un competitor sempre qui a Roma, quasi il triplo nel caso del supplì... Avevo già visto i prezzi sul menù prima di decidere di andare ma ho immaginato potessero essere giustificati sia dal nome "SEU" che conosco, sia dalla terrazza con vista su cui avremmo mangiato. Non è sicuramente colpa del locale se ci sono gru e lavori in corso nelle vicinanze ma, tolti questi, l'unica vista che possa considerarsi tale è un piccolo angolo, visto di lato, dell'altare della patria. Neanche i tetti della città in quella zona sono un belvedere. Il locale di per sé è attrezzato bene, il servizio è attento e veloce ma, purtroppo, niente di tutto ciò ripaga il prezzo pagato. A Roma ci sono tanti rooftop che offrono un'esperienza, sicuramente non tornerò mai più lì.

Ti posso garantire che i nostri pezzi sono allineati con gli altri reperibili sul mercato romano e sottolineo che a Roma siamo gli unici ad avere una pizzeria su un rooftop con vista. Al netto delle gru che ci sono al momento e su cui ovviamente non possiamo avere il controllo, il servizio che offriamo, che è quello di un albergo a 5 stelle, e il prodotto che offriamo, che è una pizza casertana contemporanea e non napoletana, consentono ai nostri ospiti di godersi una cena unica nel suo genere. Spero di riaccoglierti presto da Seu per dimostrarti che è un'esperienza senza eguali in città. Buona serata, Grazia Menna Quality Manager

Location curata, servizio attento e preparato. Qualità della pizza indiscutibile, ormai un must. Prezzi comprensibilmente un pó elevati, ma giustificati dall’esperienza complessivamente di alto livello.
