    I have visited your beach club on several occasions and it has always been one of my favourite places in Ibiza. In fact, that's why I chose to spend our final day of the trip with you before heading to the airport, as we thought it would be the perfect way to end our stay. Unfortunately, this particular visit fell noticeably short of the experience we had come to associate with your beach club, which was rather disappointing given our previous experiences. The main concern was the welcome and service in the restaurant area. The overall attitude felt somewhat indifferent, and in particular, the reception upon arrival was noticeably unfriendly. This was especially unfortunate in relation to our luggage. As we were travelling directly from the beach club to the airport, I had contacted you in advance to ask whether it would be possible to leave our luggage with you. I was informed that there was no dedicated luggage room, but that we could easily store it in the restaurant. Naturally, we therefore arrived assuming that this had been agreed and would not be an issue. Unfortunately, the way we were "welcomed" when we arrived with our luggage made us feel as though we were inconveniencing the team, despite having specifically clarified the situation beforehand. Especially, as we informed us beforehand, we would have appreciated to be a little bit more "welcoming". The food itself was perfectly fine, but did not particularly stand out. Likewise, the beach setting was pleasant, although on this occasion it did not quite have the special atmosphere and level of service that we have previously enjoyed at your club. I am sharing this feedback quite openly because we genuinely like your beach club and have had very good experiences with you in the past. I really hope, this feedback finds you well and as we are traveling to Ibiza next year again, I'd love to join your beautiful beach club again - hopefully with a better experience.     CocoBeach is always an address to go, if you like to eat nice food with a good view. The owner is from Germany and lived at Bodensee on the German side. So don‘t be surprised when you spot the Cordonbleu, Wienerschnitzel or „Zürigschnätzlets“ on the menue.

    All 6 of us loved this restaurant! We got there on time and were seated immediately. The service was fantastic. We were not rushed and enjoyed our cocktails before we ordered. The food was wonderful and the portions were just the right size. We recommend this place with no reservations!
