I wanted to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit, which honestly turned out to be one of the worst culinary experiences I have had. I made a reservation several days in advance, yet we were seated almost two hours after our scheduled time. The overall service was extremely slow, and the treatment we received did not meet basic expectations of hospitality. Regarding the food, my partner’s meal arrived cold. I ordered a Mediterranean paella, which lacked any meat and only included seafood. On top of that, the dish was cold and overly oily, making it very unpleasant to eat. Unfortunately, the combination of poor service and disappointing food made this a very negative experience. Based on this visit, I would not return. This is a turist trap.

After an hour and a half waiting to be attended, they didn’t brought us even water so we had to leave. Horrible service. Condescending and else.

We didn’t actually have a chance to eat or drink. After over half an hour, no one took our food or drink order. Once I successfully flagged her down, after several attempts, the waitress unapologetically (she gave a half hearted, false, sorry they are busy) told us if we ordered foods, it would be 45 minutes to an hour more before we were served. We left.

Okay I want to start this review by identifying that I understand it was Valentine’s Day and a Saturday night..,AND it was quickly apparent that this restaurant waaaaay over booked themselves. They did not have enough servers or bartenders to adequately serve their paytrons. My waitress was very nice and delightful, but had so much on her plate she never check for me or the tables around me…I think really because she was overwhelmed. The table they say me at was awful as well, right by the front door versus on the rooftop. I had to get the attention of the hostess to get water or anything. Many people left and I wanted to as well, but didn’t want to stiff on my drink bill. I waited 3 hours, long before I had asked for my bill and food to go. My meditranean Paella was subpar, to say the least. The worst part is the manager seemingly watched all of this happen, never one did he touch the tables, apologize, or help his servers. That was NOT OKAY! Restaraunt business takes teamwork, esp on a busy night and he seemed to leave his staff hanging. The servers, bartender and food runner were truly doing the best they could. I was so disappointed and did not feel it was worth the money I spent, but of course I still tipped…bcuz I did feel lik my server was trying. Maybe on a regular night it’s a better experience -but they def need to plan A LOT more efficiently for a busy night.

It was dead, we were the only ones there. The food was quick, it was okay. We were greeted warmly by all staff. Waitress was nice.

Altamente recomendado!! Las croquetas de bacalao 10/10, la paella mediterránea 10/10. El servicio 10/10. No hay valet parking. Estacionamiento en la calle o en el parking del restaurante de alfrente. Vayan con budget. La comida es carita, pero uuufff... SABROOSAAA!! Es hermoso. Los tragos están a buen precio. Ah, importante: hay escaleras. Si can a beber... ya saben...con MODERACIÓN 😉

This was our first time there. We were hoping to eat on the rooftop, but there was a private party so we had to sit in the bar. The food was good, but the servers were busy with the private party so the service was fair.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life It was dirty. The staff is rude. My family had to get their own water for the table and they lied about their food and how long it would take They had one person working
