It was Mother’s Day so it was very busy which is to be expected, but while the food was good, the service was really rough. We gave our server grace but just about everything was forgotten at least once, ordered items weren’t put in the first time (had to ask 2-3 times), etc. Hopefully they get better at operating while busy.

The food was Amazing like always. We had Jade as our server, and she was new, but an amazing server. We will ask for her again. The Cole Slaw tasted like the original Cloe Slaw, which was so good. Glad they went back to the loft one.

What a wonderful experience for Mother’s Day. Everything was well organized, fully staffed, attentive service, and delicious food. Having more than the brunch menu was a welcome surprise.

We sent our child and two friends here for their prom. Reservations for 545 were secured months in advance. Their food arrived at 704. Because of the extremely long wait, they brought them 1 free dessert to share at 731. At 745, 2 hours after their reservation, they finally were finished. The table next to them turned two times while they were there waiting. I’m sure it’s difficult to see kids walk in for prom. They aren’t going to be adding cocktails to their bill and maybe they don’t understand proper tipping. (Mine does) I get it. But this was pretty bad. If any group of adults had to wait over an hour for their food, would the compensation be 1 free dessert to split? We chose CH because it was senior prom and we wanted them to feel special. It’s where we go as a family for big celebrations. Instead, they were stressed and late to their dance. I filled out the online form to let management know how disappointed we were, but got no response. Really disappointed.
