We dined on a Friday evening at 5. Our impression was that there was not adequate staff. Service was slow and noise level was high. Food and drinks took a long time to arrive. We have eaten here many times in the past and always enjoyed it. We will give it another chance and hope for better.

The food has always been good along with the service in the dining room. I wish they would have 4 people serving in the tasting room. They were doing their best but too long wait time between pours. I think the tasting room area needs to be looked at with how many they need especially Thursday-Sunday. We were going to buy some wine but that was taking too long.

Sat in the bar area and the service was top notch as always. The team goes above and beyond to make everyone’s experience great. Was seated right at our reservation time and were able to take advantage of the happy hour specials. Highly recommend being a member of the wine club. We were able to use our tastings for an extra glass of wine.

In a world where it is tough to find good customer service, Cooper’s Hawk has it. Beyond happy with the level of friendly and attentive service we received throughout the restaurant. Great attention to detail and yummy food and wine. We sat in the dining room so we were removed from the much more happening bar area. We will definitely be back soon.

We enjoyed a very nice family dinner with our daughter and son-in-law and his father. Our server, Susan, was very attentive giving us good guidance on the menu. The Chicken Madeira and Chicken Piccatta were very good. We are wine club members and really enjoy the opportunity to explore different wines.

Coopers Hawk rarely disappoints as a dining option. Not so perfect in service his trip but still 3 stars. Bonus is there are always some other staff or mgrs that fill in the rough spots. Says a lot for management. Our food was excellent. I enjoyed the a bit if New Orleans and my wife had Tim’s Chicken which was fun option. The pineapple desert was so good, we shared one and then got a second serving. Don’t miss this place as a great place to bring friends and impress them.
